Im not a big fan of Checkers food in general but I'll say that I have always received good customer service here. They're not the faster but they're patient and polite.

They have an amazing $5 meal. Good meal, good food and fast drive through service.

Friendly drive thru person. She was very helpful in saving me a few bucks. They have a special going on right now. Pick two for$5 with the option to make it a combo meal witch value wise is a good deal. 👍🏽

Service was good. Fried items tasted like the oil was old

I literally had a Lol moment. The powdered sugar on the outside of the funnel stick container got all over me and in the car. The bag even has about an ounce of powder in it. The burger was not up to temp but the service was pretty fast

If a place close at 1am why is it 12 midnight and the staff is telling us what we can’t order and then told people to leave because they don’t feel like making any more food for the night…!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

Disrespectful. Sat in the drive thru for a long time before they acknowledge me. When I finally asked if anyone was there I was berated about how busy they were and how I need to wait. I understand being busy but at least communicate why I'm waiting or something. Every staff seemed annoyed with me, as if it's my fault for even being here.

The Caucasian cashier was rushing. Served us drinks with soda all over the cup. Had to ask for napkins to clean it off before putting it in the cup holder. and she seemed bothered. She gave us our food and just closed the window. WAY TO GO CHECKERS. Fish was tiny and burnt, but was hot. Nope won't be going back!!!!

It was nice to try a Checkers on s different area. The food was good and the staff was very nice

I have different options for fast food. On the day I came here I wanted the chicken bites and fries as well as a drink. The only item that was satisfying was the fries. Mad I wasted my money but nothing else was open and I had just got off work and wanted something to eat

The automated voice at the speaker alone is enough for me to not want to return to this location. It's incredibly annoying and cringey. Keeps asking you questions and trying to sell you more stuff when you've already said that's all. Just stop. It's terrible. Both times I've been here they've given me what would be a medium sized fry at any other Checkers location. I ordered and was charged for large. Place has potholes in the parking lot big enough to swallow a small car and generally looks poorly maintained compared to other locations. Employees seem like they have low morale. I'll go elsewhere.

The newer ai drive through isn't the best thing because it's super repetitive and takes forever to register the orders and not efficient in my opinion
