The office staff was not friendly at all. The dentist came in and spoke to me for maybe three minutes and then left everything up to the hygienist. The hygienist try to upsell me like we were at a car lot. I had been to a dentist prior and had a very good visit and was told that my teeth were in great shape and she tried to talk me into a cleaning that cost almost a large amount. I will not return and will be disputing the claim with my insurance provider.

I love this dental office! Everyone is so nice. The dentist took her time with me to go over my treatment plan with me. The assistant and the hygienist are wonderful. I have never had a better experience!

Doctor Sheerin Yusuf and the lady with her was so comforting, they explained all the procedure and billing details so to make sure there are no doubts left. Tooth pain can be pretty hard to deal with if not done at right time with right doctor.

Dr Yusef is extremely rough. You can tell she is competent but she is very rough and doesnt care if shes actively hurting you as long as she keeps the line moving.

Horrible! appointment was at 11AM! Get there at 10:50 on my lunch break. they told me they were running a little behind, I’m like ok but looking at time because I’m on break. At 11:30 I asked how much longer ,and they tell they are not sure!! I’m so mad at this point because I have to get back To work! There was no respect for my appointment time nor were they apologetic about it! I had to cancel my appointment and that was my only time to get my cleaning! When they overbook like this ,it is unacceptable! They’re only open business hours so most people have to take off work or come on a lunch break ! Just horrible! These office need to be more flexible if they can’t stick to appointments time. They should work on Saturdays!!!

This was the absolute worse experience. I like to leave honest reviews since companies reputation are on the line. The staff had manners and we’re respectful. My appointment was at 11 and I waited for 45 minutes. Got back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes. The equipment wasn’t charged nor was it ready. I was told again we would need to move to a new location. I have a full scheduled day and if it took that long for just the X-ray I KNOW I would have been there for another two hours. I think not!!!!! They need to get organized and be in sync. I will not be returning nor spend my money there!

Dr. Gu and the staff at this Sage Dental are AMAZING!!! Super patient, informative and knowledgeable. They are also welcoming and friendly, you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their profession and it shows! Love them all!

I love Dr. CHERIE GU, she is the best. William at the front desk is excellent. BUT FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED MY FREE ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH, as promised.

I visited Sage Stone Mountain with Dr Graham on 11/28/23. First, the ambiance & warm feeling when you walk into the Dental office. The smiles that greet you & the music playing making you feel at home. Your appt time & waiting to be see is the shortest gap I’ve ever experienced. Dr Graham’s professionalism, & compassion he shows, to you along with the care you need & desire by asking, what is important to you. He is patient, caring & a perfectionist. He makes you feel like you’re the most important patient of the day. When I leave the clinic after my appt, I’m looking forward to my next appt. I feel like part of the family. I’m greatful to have made this change & will not see another dentist in Ga. Dr Graham & Sage have a new patient for life. Christina Spurlock

First off, I just wanted to say I hate going to the dentist. It hurts and the staff is usually rude & unfriendly. But that DEFINITELY ISN'T the case at SAGE DENTAL OF STONE MOUNTAIN. I felt very welcomed the moment I stepped foot in the door. Staff at the front desk was very friendly & I had no anxiety about being there. They play very good music too which also help you feel better about being in a dentist office. Dr Graham is a very exceptional man. He's very knowledgeable and has taught me alot about keeping my mouth healthy. He's a real stand up perfectionist who will stop at nothing until the job is done correctly. Also he didn't hurt me much despite of all the work I've had done. I'm extremely happy with the work that Dr Graham and his assistants (Michelle & Deja) have done. Who would ever think that I would say it's a pleasure going to the dentist office. Dr Graham & SAGE DENTAL OF STONE MOUNTAIN has a customer for LIFE!!!!
