Don't be misled by the good reviews. My experience with this place can be summed up in a couple of sentences, serving as a direct message to this business. The dentist is unprofessional, as most people say. The operations are rushed, resulting in preventable pain and lower quality work. My "6-month check-up and cleaning" lasted less than ten minutes, followed by a poor flossing experience, but it improved after I requested. I strongly advise against going here, but if you absolutely need to, be cautious.

My wife when from supposedly a small filling to now she needs a root canal. Small fillings were done, but was in pain for month in a half. When in 3 times after that due to pain and at the last visit was told Dr. KIM had drill to far that the filling was on the nerve. They did not want to be responsible for anything and wanted us to pay 2000 dollars for root canal on a tooth she ruined. Not only that, but after everything my wife was given a copy of her sign waiver. Like saying you can't do anything because you sign a waiver. I don't recommend this place at all. No wonder they have bad reviews. I will be now contacting the board.

Unfortunately I had to get everything I paid in full ($300+) for this facility to complete redone at another dentist office because the DR did not fill any of my cavities correctly. She does not know what she’s doing. She completely disregarded my unpleasant experience when brought to her attention, not to mention she told me I had less cavities than I actually had even after retaking X-rays . The Novocain shots were completely excessive & painful which it shouldn’t have been. My new dentist refilled the 4 cavities she did incorrectly same day with no pain or numbing needed because HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. I had to keep taking days off of work to come to these cavity filling appointments because it would be “too much pain to fill 4 in one day”… absolutely ridiculous. My “deep cleaning” wasn’t even 10 minutes long. Barely put any toothpaste on my teethe, and the nurse didn’t even floss thoroughly to my gums. The work here is very rushed. Just my personal observation that the children that attended this office were always screaming/crying each 3-4 appointments I had here in March. That speaks volumes in itself, if I was in pain and I’m 21 yrs old just imagine the pain she can potentially cause to your child. The only plus is their receptionist is nice. That’s it. They have a 3.8 for a reason. I’d give a zero if I could.

Love the staff, great 1st & 2nd visit. I truly felt welcomed & listened to with all of my concerns for my daughter.Thanks Mercedes for being so patient with me!I highly recommend this location.

Best dentist my children have been to! The staff was very nice and helpful. They explained everything to make them feel comfortable. I definitely recommend!

I came in initially to just file paper work. But they informed me that they had an open slot, and I was more than welcome to get my appointment done right then and there! Ofc I took the offer!:) Awesome staff and doctor Kim too!! Definitely felt attended to and safe! Awesome experience

Don’t recommend! Had a filling back in October. Now it’s just sensitive the majority of the time. Went back twice. Pretty much got told it wasn’t the doctors fault(blah blah blah). Was supposed to get another done never went back! And glad I didn’t!

I would not recommend this place. The staff talked about me in Spanish. You all really need to be careful, you don’t know who can speak Spanish. The dentist is very rude, she talks to you like you are a little kid. All Hispanic patients are seen before you. They treat black patients wrong. I will not go back to this place at all. The work is rushed and not great quality. I wish I could rate it a zero.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The workers are unprofessional and rude and kind of stinky. The dentist was on another level compared to the workers. He expressed inappropriate behaviors towards me, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. If you have to go to a dentist, this place is not it. Any other place is better than this.

I had the worst experience i’ve ever had here. I’ve been here other times and their work is very rushed and harsh. Today I had the worst experience with the main dentist that works there. She was very rude and not patient whatsoever. She works with kids so you expect her to have the patience but she did not unfortunately. Very disappointing.
