I didn't have high expectations for a Starbucks that's just plopped down in the middle of a Kroger grocery store, but for what it is, this Starbucks is quite nice. Is it the most glamorous Starbucks you'll ever see? No. Is it a great spot to relax, grab a coffee/some food, and take advantage of some free wifi? Absolutely. I had nowhere to go for a few hours, and needed to get some work done. This Starbucks was a life-saver. Wifi, coffee, and even a place to sit and charge my laptop. Great place to stop if you're in a pinch.

Worst "Starbucks" ever. The oven is broken, they are out of almond milk, out of half the products they offer, and I received the nastiest coffee drink. After a long wait, and already having the order prepared incorrectly, it wasn't even worth asking for a 3rd time.

This location has almost nothing on the menu It’s inside a Kroger The service is bad I ordered a venti and look it’s only filled half way ?! It’s supposed to be a Frappuccino with blended ice, she didn’t even do that properly. We then called Starbucks and shared our experience and got a refund, we still love Starbucks, just not this location…

I ordered a venti shaken espresso, which was not shaken at all! “Shaken” is in the name. It was also extremely milky. I feel none of the employees are trained properly. I also ordered a Frappuccino that wasn’t blended for as long as it should have been. There were 2 drinks in front of us and we waited 15 minutes for ours. I’ve come since the visit pictured, hoping for a better experience, service and products were still bad. Save your money and time and don’t come here!

Normally, this Starbucks is nice.... But I placed my order online and stopped in to pick it up and found that the Starbucks had all of its lights off, no food in the display cabinets, no sign with an explanation, nothing. So, no drink or service...

Quick stop for a cup of coffee. I have a few favorite baristas there and they know how to get drinks right, move the line along and be kind. Other times; the baristas are rude or just not friendly at all.

I prefer drive-thru Starbucks for the comfort of being in my car but this location makes it worth it! I used to come here quite often they memorized my order. It's been some time since I came to this location but I happened to be in the area for my birthday and wanted to redeem my birthday coffee. The staff sang happy birthday and even said my name in the song. Wasn't expecting it but it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for this experience!

This used to be my go to Starbucks, but it has just continued to go down hill. Service is always slow and like how are you out of milk??? Your located in a grocery store!!!!

Absolutely unreal. People who came after us got their orders first, and we waited over 20 minutes when there were only three people ahead of us. You can’t make the drinks based on difficulty, you need to make them based on the order the tickets came in. Avoid this place if you have somewhere to be.

The employees are always kind and get my drank correct even though it’s so extra. Gabe has got really good team going too. I no longer wait a ridiculous time for my drank. And I never see one person having to do it by themselves anymore. Great job, y’all.
