What a great hidden gem!!! We are here visiting the area. I’ve had a lot of Thai and this could we be the best flavor I have had in the southeast. We had a combination of appetizers, sushi, pho and curries. I like it spicy, but others don’t like it hot. They were able to supply hot and regular flavorful meals. I think this restaurant is take out only. Parking to pick up orders can be a challenge, but don’t let that dissuade you.

One of my family’s favorite places to eat in Boone. We tried multiple items and have loved them all. Drunken Noodle and Pork Dry Noodle being one of my favorites. If you like Thai/Vietnamese food this is a must. Sabeing has been takeout only since the pandemic. I would love to see them open back up to dine in.

My boyfriend and I decided to compare the local pho restaurants of boone. We tried the same dish here and at My Pho. Beef Pho. To say the least My pho is not nearly as delicious as Sabeing. Taste was much more authentic. The overall quality of the food was much better. For example we took much delight in drinking the broth from sabeing. The brisket was much thinner and fattier at my pho. The sanitation score at sabeing was higher as well with my pho having a whopping 88%. Nice customer service as well. Busy workers still made time for my wants during rush hour. 5/5 Sabeing 1/5 My pho

Ordered the green curry with tofu and paid $2 for extra shrimp. I ordered take out and re-plated the dish as soon as I got home which allowed me the chance to take stock of the fact I had just 3 small pieces of shrimp added to my order. The meal was lovely, I ordered it mild and liked that it was still slightly spicy, the fresh basil in the curry was fabulous and the tofu and vegetables were nice and crunchy. But I can't give a full five stars on account of the fact that I feel like if you're going to give the option for adding extra proteins, it should be a reasonable amount added to the order. Otherwise, ask customers if they want to pay $0.66 per shrimp.... I found it a little frustrating and others might agree. Just something to be aware of if you're thinking of ordering those extra items! (:

I've been eating here for years and it's one of my favorite places to go because of their consistency. I miss eating inside but I respect and understand why they switched to take out only. The sushi here is tasty and a good size for the amount you pay. I love the beef pho, though if you like a more clear broth you should get it earlier in the day. Fried rice is solid and so is the pad seew. I like the noodles to be crispier but it's hard to get that texture in take out. Over all, i don't think you can really go wrong with anything you order here!

A great place for some really authentic Thai food. The food has a nice kick of heat and is full of flavor. I really wish you could go in and eat, but take it will do just fine. Highly recommend

Ordered yellow curry, pad Thai, and drunken noodles last night. I am writing this review because the “drunken noodles” we got were definitely not drunken noodles. Perhaps a pad see ew, because there was no spicy basil sauce and the noodles had no flavor. Also we ordered beef drunken noodles and pork yellow curry it came with pieces of stewed meat instead of slices of beef or pork. I have never seen this before and if I were them, would stop doing this practice. Stewed meat is a totally different texture and flavor that is desired in these dishes.

Very solid, big chunky sushi rolls. Pad Thai was great. Call ahead, they get slammed and it's a small kitchen but totally worth the wait

We didn't realize this was take out place only. The site says dine in as well. If the owner can edit that, it would be helpful. We ordered green curry , red curry and ginger stir fry. Red and green curry tasted the same and very watered down. The taste wasn't bad but had the same vegetables in both peppers, cabbage and tofu, bamboo. The ginger stir fry also had just onions and tofu. I eat Thai a lot so this wasn't my best experience. Generally there are a lot more vegetables in vegetarian options . The staff is very friendly and you have the option to add fried or steamed tofu. The food was ready in 10 minutes. The quantity was also large and prices very reasonable. I would say it is very good for college students but not the best Thai I have had.

This is our number one take-out place! We love everything we have tried on the menu. Unbelievably delicious food. Best sushi around. The King Street Roll is so good. Thai curries are all great. Our kids love the pad thai and the spring rolls. Highly recommend!

Ordered for the first time yesterday-Pad Thai and 3 different roles. The staff were friendly, made recommendations, and my order was ready quickly. The food left a lot to be desired. The Pad Thai was just OK-it needed more sauce and more flavor. The sushi had a good flavor but the rolls were just so big (see pic) that they were hard to eat.

I got the Drunken Noodle with crispy chicken and butterfly roll. It was very good. Takeout only. Parking is street parking or there’s a little pull off spot right past the restaurant to pull in and grab your food real quick.

Very authentic Thai food - the noodle dishes are really delicious! There are no dining options here, but still it’s very popular. Food is usually ready in 15 minutes and is well packaged so it's easy to take home.

This place is expensive, but it's worth it. The food here is amazing. It might take a while to get seated, then take a while to get your food, but you will not be disappointed. This place is awesome and worth the wait and the price....one of the best places in the area.

The food is incredible. I lived in Thailand for several years. Whenever I order from Sabeing I always discreetly mention that I know what “Thai spicy” is. It will set your head on fire, but when done well it is beyond tasty. Sabeing does it well.

Take out only, which we weren’t aware of until we got there. Placed our order in person and it was ready in 10 minutes. Service was fast and friendly, but the food was not. We had the fresh spring rolls, pad Thai chicken and Kow Moo Dang. Rolls were the best of the three, but I couldn’t even eat the pad Thai. No flavor.

I stopped here on my way to Kentucky, I had fresh rolls and vegan pho minus the tofu. I must say I was surprised at how delicious the food was it was a nice atmosphere as well. I will definitely stop again if in the area.

Went in after walking by and smelling something delicious over 4th of July weekend. Service was efficient and helpful. Food was delicious. We had spring rolls and drunken noodle with chicken. The drunken noodle was absolutely delicious!

Food was good and a pretty large serving size. Service was excellent for my carryout to go order. I would definitely come back next time I'm in town.

We ordered takeout (I believe that's the only option). It was fast and the food was amazing (drunken noodles with chicken, shrimp shumai, shrimp tempura and a sunshine roll). The only suggestion I have is that we ordered the drunken noodles spicy and they just put all the chili paste on top of the food in the middle and it was hard to redistribute leading my husband to take a too spicy bite and feel ill. I understand not preparing each to order with regards to spice, but it would be better to put the spice on the side if doing it that way so it can be evenly distributed easier. We still loved it.

The food is always amazing and the portions are big as well. I love the price too. The wait time is short as well.

I got the green curry and tofu, it was great! Outside seating was sparse, but they're only operating as take-out at the moment.

I got crispy chicken with lime sauce. Thai tea. Very good. Recommend for good food. Authentic thai food. Good pho too.

I hate to post a bad review but it was not good Thai food. Soup had very hard and dry chicken chunks, not tasty at all. Red curry was watered down coconut milk that didn't taste like curry at all. Chicken pieces were all large ,dry unchewable chunks . Watch YouTube and learn how to make curry otherwise you can mix milk with sugar and pour it over rice and that's what you got now.I don't know what we will order tomorrow but it definitely can not be this place, very disappointed

Take out only when we got ours, but it is very good food! The mild was fairly spicy! But that's kind of what I expect from Thai food. We all enjoyed our plates

Favorite take out in Boone hands down!! I have not had any Asian food here that beats this. I can’t believe I waited so long to try it! Absolutely love the Thai fried rice - I’ve had it with chicken, crispy chicken, and pork but the pork is my favorite. Sushi is really good too and I’ve never wondered if I was going to get food poisoning after eating lol 😂

The crispy chicken is very good… sadly though everything else was lacking… basically every crispy chicken dish was a bed of rice or bed of noodles and no sauce. I think the citrus chicken had a small dipping container of a mixed mayo like sauce on the side kind of like what you would get for a sushi roll. Could of been so great but so lacking in the sauce/flavor department. The crispy chicken with ginger soy sauce was the only dish that seemed to have a real sauce. I found it odd like we were missing things.

Great place for all your east Asian cravings. They are currently takeout only at the time of this review. This is the only place I've come across in the US that serves Khao Soi and I have to have it every time I'm in Boone.

Great food! Authentic and flavorful. Check your order before you leave. Have had missing sides and entrees several times. Having said that, it’s an excellent dining addition to the High County.

So delicious! Speedy take out and great to sit down. The waiters are polite and friendly. The decorations are cozy too. More than anything, eat anything Thai!

I pick up fried rice, drunken noodles, and pad thai from here all the time and it's always delicious! Good portion sizes, quick and efficient takeout despite not having seating inside.

Came down to Boon for Christmas week. Googled and decided to try this restaurant. Being in downtown parking can be problem but there is a big public parking close by. We were looking for dine-in but it was takeout only. Anyway we decided to go ahead and order. What an amazing food, so tasty. Even the varieties of sauces tastes so good. We had vegetarian options. Samantha was so helpful in making sure it was tasty and vegetarian. Thanks to the cook and Samantha, we had a fantastic lunch.
