don't
know
how
this
hotel
can
get
less
than
a
5
star
review.
The
management
and
staff
should
give
seminars
to
other
hotels
on
what
it
means
to
provide
"customer
service".
My
wife
and
I
were
impressed
with
every
aspect
of
this
hotel.
We
stayed
at
the
hotel
from
9/10/2002
to
9/16/2022.
-FIrst...the
staff.
So
warm,
friendly,
and
seemed
to
enjoy
doing
whatever
they
could
to
make
our
stay
perfect.
They
were
all
so
knowledgeable
about
Chania
and
recommend
the
perfect
restaurants
and
beaches.
I
can't
say
enough
about
the
entire
staff.
-Effortless-The
hotel
took
care
of
all
of
the
arrangements
for
cabs
to
and
from
the
airport
(approx.
30
euros
each
way)as
well
as
the
arrangements
for
a
rental
car.
I
was
concerned
about
parking
but
for
10
euros/day
the
hotel
offered
valet
service.
Well
worth
the
money
for
peace
of
mind.
-Breakfast-amazing
and
well
suited
to
any
type
of
diet
(keto,
vegetarian,
vegan,
etc).
Everything
was
really
delicious.
-The
Bed----Ahhhhh...if
my
wife
and
I
hadn't
spent
a
considerable
amount
of
$$
for
our
current
bed,
the
hotel
bed
is
the
one
I
would
purchase.
We
each
had
an
incredible
night
sleep.
-The
room
was
great
and
extremely
comfortable.
-Location
-couldn't
be
better.
Just
a
few
minutes
from
the
Port.
But,
it
was
also
nice
to
walk
around
the
neighborhood
where
the
locals
live
and
shop.(away
from
the
tourists).
I
hope
the
management
gets
to
read
this.
I
personally
would
like
to
express
my
thanks
for
an
amazing
stay
in
your
country.
