Very nice rooms, super service, and breakfast with all you need. Not fancy but covers the basics. The staff does a great job keeping the hotel clean. It's located in front of a small park and close to all you need as a tourist.

Arkadi hotel is rated 3 stars but I would rate it 5 stars. Perfect location at the gateway to the old city, all is clean with highest standards, wrapped and disinfected. Beds and accommodation is very convenient and up to date. Breakfast buffet provides something for all taste buds, small and grown ups. My kids saying that we should return and we definitely will. Thank you

Renovated hotel, right in the middle of everything. Clean and bright colored rooms. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Much recommended.

Really nice hotel the receptionist was very nice and helpful ask did we need to use the facilities before checking in and luggage storage and when we came back from the beach after checking out she gives us some towels to shower very nice

The loveliest hotel we had in Crete! We stayed in a room facing the street with a balcony. The room was nice and had a comfortable bed, breakfast was good, hotel is very clean and well decorated. But the best was the service we received. The staff was friendly and very helpful, attentive to make our stay the best one possible. The man at the reception was so incredibly kind with us and answered all our questions on going about the island, booked our excursions. They made our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is close to the city center and to stores. Very convenient location. However the shower in my room was so small and there is no barrier for water. The water was splashed everywhere while taking a shower. Also, there was no microwave, coffee pot, tea pot or iron in the rooms. Receptionist stated there was no microwave either. I would have loved a microwave in the room so I can warm my food when I bring it back to the hotel. I could also hear my neighbors because the walls are so thin.

Recently renovated rooms, much more comfortable than in the past, great reception staff, excellent breakfast buffet, central & convenient location.

The good: The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast offered, complimentary drinks in room, bed was comfortable, right outside old Venetian Harbor area, and has a balcony you can sit on. The bad: View from the balcony was other guests/rooms and other buildings attached, remotes for air conditioning would die and reset constantly while trying to use, using shower soaked entire bathroom due to rainfall head being as large as shower area. Other things of note: Room was supposed to have been a double bed or 2 singles, given a room with 3 singles. This was a surprise upon walking in. Checkout is 1100, but keycard envelope still says noon after 2 years. This wasn't mentioned at check-in, only after had missed the 1100. The staff was friendly about it and explained sometimes they can let people stay until noon so don't tell guests about change at check-in.

My family and I had a very memorable experience at this hotel. Located steps away from the Old Town. Staff is incredibly warm and hospitable.

The hotel is renovated. It is very clean and pleasant. Every day our room was cleaned. We had perfect sea and old town view. The hotel has perfect location - only few steps to the old town center and bus station. Breakfast is excellent. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.

This place looks nice at first sight, it is situated nearby a bus station of Chania, breakfast was fine, but the room has wet wall from the side of terrace and air was wet too, it is not so cozy as it looks like on the pictures. And common terrace with other hotel room divided by the flower pots is not extra safe 🤷you can't leave the terrace door open to get some fresh air. But after all, for one night sleepover it was ok.

Top service, not great breakfast. Preferred nearby places. But highly recommend for service and lovely staff. The location is perfect you have everything at your doorstep, cafes, city, taxi stop, pharmacies, bakeries, supermarket, dry cleaner, and fruit shops.

The location is good because it is near the harbor and the old town. On the other hand it can get a bit loud because bog the busy street nearby. There was a big renovation recently and the rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is also very good

It was awesome. Very clean rooms and the location perfect. For breakfast you have many options to choose, they even have vegan milk. Reception and staff were polite and helpful. Next time I'm in Chania, Arkadi Hotel will be the place I'll be staying.

Great place, newly renovated, would come again. Breakfast is not worth it though and their coffee is a disgrace.

All new hotel in a fabulous location a few blocks from the bus station and near the city markets. The breakfast was the best we had (offer by a hotel) during our 2 weeks in Greece. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Room amenities were great too with a blow dryer, usb plugs, a safe, hot water and a fridge. AC works very well!!! We stayed in room 512 which had a balcony the size of our room - very large! Our only complaint is that the bed is very stiff and not comfortable, it seemed like a box spring to me.

The hotel seems to be brand new or just renovated. Everything works perfectly, we had a fridge for our own drinks, a real hairdryer (which is not common) and a nice balcony with partial see view. The room was super quite and bed really comfortable. Breakfast is good with quite a lot of choices and the staff is super welcoming and nice. There are parking spots in front of the hotel which are free from 9pm to 7am, so perfect for people that are visiting around chania. The location is great, just few steps from the center! Recommended.
