Love the food selection with soup and sandwich or just a salad. Employees are friendly but during peak times be prepared to wait 5-15 extra minutes to get food.

Brendan is the absolute best employee at this Panera. He was on his A-Game while he took our order and suggested a really good deal regarding my points. Dude is fire and needs a raise.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE starting with the service, then the food was loaded with salt, to the rude, ignorant, arrogant staff that doesn’t care whatsoever. Staff talking about how customers aren’t leaving a tip right in front of the customer, restaurant was filthy. Previous tables that had left and needed clean had food still left on their plate which clearly shows they did not enjoy it. It used to be good, but I can see that it had gone down hill and for the worst! NEVER AGAIN will I go back there or any other location. I wouldn’t let my dog eat the scraps that’s how bad it was.

Our food & service was good but the drink/soda station is disgusting. I looked closely to see if it was rust or brown mold from improper cleaning but I couldn’t tell which it was. Either way, it’s not up to Panera standards. Table tops were not being cleaned while we had lunch and no one ran a quick sweeper between customers being seated. They are obviously understaffed. I expect better at the Galleria.

Very expensive and couldn't eat the half sandwich, as I couldn't bite into as tomato breads crust was tough. The turkey on my sandwich was 2 tiny pieces of that super cheap stuff that's prepackaged at the grocery store. The service was good though.

Not sure when this place started feeling a bit sad, but wow. I thought the lack of anger employee engagement to saying "thank you" or trying to confirm I was picking up the right order (dead. Silence.) Then the bagels being sliced to the point I can only describe the bagels as "chipped" but the real kicker was my $12 sandwich that looks like it should be in the dollar menu. Used to love this place, but it's pretty rough around the edges at this point.

While I was waiting for my food one off the employee was showing food in his mouth never changed his gloves and then continued making somebody’s sandwich …grossed

Take out Caesar salad--hot it home and no dressing. Steak sandwich meh.

Nice staff very quick wait times here. BOMB smoothies and Sammie’s. Always get the you pick two. Clean location and never any issues here!! Can’t go wrong w a frontega chicken panini and some soup <3 today I got the turkey club with brocollie cheddar soup in a bread bowl w a green smoothie yumma

Very nice private meeting room at the Mt Lebanon Galeria location. Several of their breakfast sandwiches are quite tasty!

I'm a huge Panera fan and go there often. I had a bowl of French Onion Soup in a bread bowl this past Sunday and was disappointed. Way smaller than last year. Barely one cup of soup in the small bread bowl. It was noticeably smaller than in years' past, which I guess is the trend, but it is crazy and not worth it. I would have just ordered the soup in a regular bowl with the side of bread to have the right proportion. I won't order it again. My sister had the BBQ chicken salad and loved it. She says it is her go to order at Panera. We sampled the various lemonades and charged lemonades and like the flavors but they are high in calories and unnecessary to have caffeine, so I'm not a fan of those. If someone is reading this at Panera: Keep the flavors, make them sugar free and lose the caffeine. I really enjoy the strawberry-watermelon-mint but won't drink it again because of calories. Likewise mango flavor. Service was good. Parking is easy and plentiful at the Galleria. I go to Panera for work meetings and because it is convenient, but now I know what I will not order, but will continue to enjoy it.

French onion soup tasted burnt and soggy. Turkey avocado BLT was also soggy except for the bread which was fresh and good. Iced coffee was not really good and the youngish blonde hair woman at the cash register was patronizing and condescending despite my completely decent interaction. There’s absolutely no reason why I would ever go back.

Kids always enjoy the Mac and cheese and service was fast because the line was short but my salad was just sad (see pic) with wilted lettuce and sub par ingredients. Dine in area was clean. Also, it would be great if the menu had more information (what is in a Baja bowl?).

Extremely slow service and jacked up prices. There were 8 people that we saw behind the counter and noone came to serve a line of a dozen customers for over 5 minutes. Two soups and a salad took 35 minutes to get ready and those are premade as we all know. Our name was not called. Luckily we we were watching the counter when someone brought our order out. Food was mediocre.

Be sure to view this entire review so you can see the entire picture of this grilled cheese. I got the pick two and they gave me a half a grilled cheese sandwich that wouldn't even fill up a three-year-old. Here is a pic. You decide. This is the second time that's happened to me at this panera. In the picture you can see me holding the entire sandwich between my thumb and index finger. I put my medium-sized watch next to the sandwich for scale. Criminally small!!!!
