This is a municipality administration's office building, so if your in need of assistance with any municipal issues or enquiries, be sure to visit the administration's office here for the mthatha area, I have not personally queried anything with the staff here yet, but will be sure to give this a rating as soon as I do.

It's an old building that appears structurally intact but generally neglected, like all government buildings in the town. Some work to refurbish the inside of the building has been going on forever with nothing to write home about. On the outside, the place is surrounded by hawkers stalls on all sides. There is always garbage strewn right in front of the main entrance to the building. This state of affairs is a disgrace considering Bota Sgcau building is the seat of many government departments in the district.

A place of convinience...on the front opposite there's a blooming medical centre comprising of a General Practitioner, Rheumatologist, Urologist and an Obstets and Gynae specialist/s ......

Typical poorly maintained dirty government building - our current leaders take no pride in anything whatsoever - they aspire to reach Africa's lowest common denominator

The building is a very old heritage to the people of Mthatha. The responsible people should take care of the building and put it to good use.
