This is cool. Love what it represents.

A uniquely made monument located in Dedaena Park of a small person/boy hanging in mid air between 2 long rocks and Georgian words/letters on the sides of the rocks as well. This monument represents back on April 14, 1978 when Georgian citizens protested to keep Georgian as the national language of Georgia because Russia wanted to revoke the status of the Georgian language. The protest was in the Dedaena Park and involved around 100,000 Georgians protesting through the park. The monument was also constructed during 1981-1983. Highly recommended to come here and look into the history because there’s tons of interesting fun facts you might find interesting.

It's a very creative monument in the park and also looks quite unique! There is a little person hanging in the middle of two rocks underneath a bell. I enjoyed looking at it and it has some story to it as well!
