Clean and homey environment. Good natural lighting and nice background music. A perfect place for coffee break and metime. Parking is easy to find as well.

This evening around 8 plus I go to Starbucks Muar, Johor, Malaysia with my daughter. We been attend by En Danish with a warm greetings, friendly and polite, some more the drinks he make for us really fantastic. I am a regular customer of Starbucks but I really would like to place a compliment to En. Danish, my daughter also agree with my opinion on this matter. What a great staff you have at your Starbucks Muar.

The only Starbucks in town. Very crowded during peak hours but fairly easy to access.

This is the first time ever i get into starbucks. The service was great. Barista was very polite and humble makes me feel like home. He suggest me some of the menu but i couldn't understand any. Haha Bought machiato caramel ice and green tae frappe choc (i dont know the exact name). Why starbuck? Just for the experience and i dont know if i would come back again. 😅

Asked for Iced Americano, assumed I wanted a big (in starbucks language - "Venti"), then I said I want medium (or "Grande"), she said out of cups. Okay. Then basically strong armed me into getting a starbucks card. Overall, not a well managed franchise with poor customer service.

Girl stuff refuse to add more sugar syrup. Bad attitude while serving and talking to her friends.

the mac n cheese is quite dry and so little cheese😂compared with secret recipe mac n cheese this one is severely lacking. lasagna is delicious..choc tuxedo cake is okay lah..but we do come to enjoy the coffee..cocoa cappuccino is our selection for today

I will change my review if the manager remover the barista name Miss dayang from the cashier. Cause she's being rude to customer. I did told her about the redeem drinks need to be done separately if more that 1 redemption. She even ignored me. If dia salah tolak payment boleh je dia return duit dalam kad dan buat semula. I don't mind paying more. It just her attitude disgust me. She even told me that I'm the one who ordered it wrong. In fact she's not even admit her mistake. Thank you so much for the bad experienced.

Seats , chairs and tables are very dirty and cutlery provided are dirty as well with stain. Hope they can upkeep the cleanliness.

Starbucks? You should be more informed than me if you are going to this coffee shop. Otherwise, 1st timer also no problem. Just ask the baristas to guide your 1st coffee experience. Savour the bites with the great tasting coffee.

Too crowded as the only starbucks in Muar. Should relocate to own building with drivethru option.

Because of Hari Raya....we were queued for more than 30 minutes 🤭 only 1 counter open. The other one wasn't for cash or debit/credit card payment methods. In normal day..it was excellence!! 👍👍

Niceeeee!!!! The vibe was fantasticc and calmed. I was having late-great conversation with my bff here today. And it so good.
