Stayed with a 2 year old. Loads of space and play area out side . Short drive into town and Muckross . House has everything you need in them. Everthing spotless, the kitchen was sparkling.It was that clean you would have thought it was new. Nice friendly service . We will return 😄

I love quiet places, so this cottage suits me. Towels are charged at €4 per day per person. Electricity is charged based on consumption. The rates are the cheapest in Killarney, but the place is a little out from the town. The closest attractions within walking distance are Muckross House and Garden and Muckross Abbey.

This was an amazing week for my family. The cottages are well maintained and cozy. The grounds are spacious and also well kept. All within walking distance of some of Ireland's most beautiful natural scenery. Will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for a week and loved ever minute of it. The location is amazing. The grounds and really well kept but with a natural not too manicured look to it even though you know it took ages to do it. The cottage we had was fantastic. Really is the home from home. Open fire, loads of hot water. Strolling out into the woods and meeting a deer was amazing as for the tons of rabbits everywhere it really felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. We will deffo return here. Youd be silly not to want to stay here and as to the person who complained in their review that there were no big comfy sofas, all in can say is that as an irish cottage, the people who lived in them didn't have big comfy sofas either as they spent most of the days working before returning home for the tea before bed so they could do it all again so why fake it by putting in sofas. You either want the cottage feel or you dont. They shouldn't change a thing there. Big thanks to john!!!

Fabulous place to stay and very family friendly. If you like self catering holidays then this is the place for you, the cottages are just lovely and are in a gorgeous countryside setting but close enough to Killarney on the Muckross side of town. We always enjoy our stay here and Many Thanks to John and his team.

We stayed here at the end of July/ beginning of August 2019 and had a wonderful time. Excellent customer service via email when I was booking and also while we were there. Lots of space around the cottage so privacy from other guests was not an issue and the kids had plenty of space to play. The cottages are very close to the center of Killarney but the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and peaceful-great place to take the family. Nice distance to killareny, but far enough to chill and relax. Beautiful views on your door step. This is the second time we have been and will definitely be coming back!

As always a fun time had..2 years in a row and never disappointed..quaint cottage and great facilities..John and his wife are the perfect hosts.. children experienced a wonderful weekend tending to the animals and feeding the lambs.. beautiful safe quiet spot with stunning views in Killarney.. already looking forward to next year
