Unfortunately, a bone splinter was overlooked during a tooth removal, which caused pain for days. Since I felt that something was wrong, I asked for a short-term check-up appointment. But Prof. Paulus only said that it was an inflammation and therefore prescribed antibiotics for me. Two days later, the emergency dental service in Munich treated me, removed the bone splinter and treated the infected wound. The pain subsided the next day. A young dentist did a better job late in the evening than an aging professor, doctor, doctor...

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst practice I have ever been to, with the worst employees I have ever spoken to. The woman on the reception of the clinic believes she is higher up than everyone else. Unfortunately she is just a receptionist, although I don’t think she realises she is? I would recommend everyone to avoid going here.

Mr. Prof. Dr. Jürgens and his colleague are very good doctors! I had my upper and lower jaw corrected and moved in an operation because this was medically necessary, and everything fit together perfectly afterwards. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Paracelsus Clinic where the procedure was carried out, but you can't choose.

I am very satisfied with the result. The entire team is really nice and after my operation I was checked on several times in the hospital and checks were carried out regularly and properly.

I underwent Bimax surgery by Prof. Philipp Jürgens because of my obstructive sleep apnea. Immediately after the operation I was able to sleep normally again. I am endlessly grateful to the professor and the entire team for this. I can only recommend very professional and competent jaw surgery.

I had a basal cell carcinoma and the treatment would supposedly be routine for Prof. Jürgens and his team. But it was a catastrophe - it resulted in an infection and a very large scar, which distorts my forehead. When the stitches were pulled, stitches were forgotten and then became inflamed again. Unfortunately, the skin cancer is still not gone. In this respect, it was not possible to remove all the cancer cells, even though the wound was left open for ages and had to be recut with the argument "to be absolutely sure that everything was gone" - now the treatment starts again from the beginning, but this time with a dermatological one Clinics that understand something about it - not like Prof. Jürgens - as a private patient you are simply milked.

Unfortunately, I also had very bad experiences with the employees. I had an operation which went well, but I was accidentally only given sick leave for one day even though it was supposed to be 1 week. I then pointed this out to the employee in charge and he also informed me that it was a mistake on their part, which can happen to anyone. So it's actually not a bad thing. Unfortunately, I have had to constantly remind the staff by email for the past two weeks and on the phone they sometimes don't take me seriously and even make fun of them... To be honest, I don't know what to do anymore and I'm extremely disappointed because it caused me problems with my employer, but I hope that this recession will be heard.

Very bad doctor!!! Unfortunately, in 2015 I had my nose checked by Prof. Dr. for the first time. Paul had surgery for medical & asthenic correction. He had a total of 3 nose operations because all 3 of the operations were unsuccessful! I thought I would give the gentleman a chance, even though he is a little older, but unfortunately I was only disappointed and had to pay a total of €6,500 for a nose that was putting a lot of psychological strain on me because it was crooked and I couldn't breathe properly on the left side . So I wholeheartedly advise everyone not to have their nose operated on there!!!! The doctor/practice doesn't care whether the patient is satisfied with the result.

I had a small operation to remove a cyst on my face. The doctors were all very competent, were able to explain a lot to me and give me good advice. I always got an appointment quickly. The staff was also very friendly and professional. I always got to it very quickly, always within 5 minutes. Even the forgotten information sheet wasn't a problem. Everything was very clean.

I was treated by Dr. Jürgens operated on the upper and lower jaw. The procedure went fantastic and I love my results. After two weeks, my swelling was gone and I was able to attend an event I had already resigned myself to missing. The procedure left me with barely any numbness, which was one of my biggest concerns. I can definitely recommend him for this specific procedure.
