Great family owned place with mother and son + a tight knit team creating an amazing atmosphere that is a mixture of warmth, welcome, friendliness, relaxation and enjoyment. The food is always creative & super delicious. The wines are great. What more can you ask for? Great little Italian place, a few minutes by tram from the town center. Has a good balance between being a neighborhood spot and a fancy dining place. Both pasta dishes were great, so was the starter (bread salad with fried octopus) and the tiramisu.

I’m not giving a review for the food but for the behaviour of the restaurant. It was unbelievable, we had a reservation made by phone and had a car accident ( huge snow in munich) . Despite the chaos of the car accident, we tried to call many times in order to cancel the reservation…no answer. They started harassing us calling and asking for money without taking into account the data privacy and the fact that there were no money commitment as the reservation was made through a phone call. They called us more than 20 times after that asking us to pay money and trying to negotiate the amount after we mentioned we will talk to our lawyer. What a horrible experience

The food is just ok for the price, we sit inside and the atmosphere in the restaurant was not great, I guess is more interesting when you sit outside. Also the staff was not very friendly.

I called the restaurant to try and book they said you can walk in for lunch no need reservations dinner was full I was really wanting to try it so I went and reached 12:30 for lunch 2 tables were empty in the front and we where for he's no full I told him wat about the ones inside he said no go their reserved and reading reviews of how good the places I think the big guy Infront didn't fancy me and my family

Wow! Amazing food. Staff was so friendly. One of those places the waiter said trust me on this and we did! Pasta was fresh. Seafood was amazing.

Local, buzzing, great atmosphere. The owner/manager made suggestions which was appreciated. One odd element I found with the food. This is an Italian restaurant however unlike the Italians, and I go to Italy a lot, they base many dishes in butter not olive oil. They use olive oil but I wonder if, like the Americans place Cheese on everything, the Munich customer prefers butter to olive oil? I did say that I could not eat butter but my vegetables were in melted butter. Anyway go here for great atmosphere and friendly staff and IMHO, almost authentic cuisine!

We enjoyed the dinner, wine and desert very much. Everything freshedly cooked and you see the chefs from where you sit. Service was very fast and friendly. We will definetly come back again. Thank you.

Like most good Italian trattorias, this one is family-run, with an energetic young son running the front of house providing informal, friendly service and a team of cooks whipping up authentic Italian fare in the kitchen. Prices are not cheap (its Munich after all) but the quality is good on most days and excellent on others, so more consistency is required to really deserve a 5 star rating.

Been walking past this place for over 7 years and finally four of us decided to check it out. It’s a great Italian eatery with a small menu but excellent food and service. There are about 5-6 items per course for starters, pasta, main courses and dessert. The wine list is small but nice. We had a salsiccia with mushrooms to start which was really good and I had the Tagliatelle with Vongole which was also great. Cannolis for dessert was quite ok maybe a bit too sweet for my liking. Service here was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Having lived so close to here, surprised we never tried it, but from now on, could well be our local for nice Italian fare. Molto bene :-)

The BEST restaurant in Munich! If you like traditional Italian food, this is the perfect place for you. The young waiter, which I don't remember his name, gave us an unforgettable service! The pasta with truffles is my no.1 choice and you must try it!
