Decent burger. I had a hot n spicy chicken burger that wasn't that hot n spicy, but very good nevertheless. My bf got the Tiroler and it was also pretty good. The has brown in the burger is imo the best part. Fries were average, coleslaw I'd say below average. So stick to burgers!

My favourite eatery in the area. I always go to the restaurant, but yesterday went just to the take away spot. Staff was very nice and extremely fast. I was told my order would be done in 10 minutes, but it was finished in 5. Very recommended!

We had a vegan burger and a beef burger both recommended by server Eeda. She's very very good and pleasant. We liked the place because of her and the food was delicious.

I always go to Ruff's and burgers are great. But I went to this branch for the first time with my guests. The waiter was very unfriendly and rude that we could not even enjoy our burgers. Hope they can change their behavior to not loose more customers but looks like we won't come to this branch again.

This place is amazing. Ida and Michelle were awesome and so inviting. The food is to die for. We had sweet potato fries with garlic mayo and curry mayo dips (they’re a must). The smash burger and giggly burger were amazing. We liked this restaurant so much, we came here three times on our trip to Munich.

This was the best burger I have ever had! The Caesar burger was so good and the fries with curry Mayo is amazing! Ida at the bar was so sweet and took care of us. On our 6 days to Munich, we ate here 3 times! They also do have an English menu, definitely a must have!

The place itself is really nice. The Ruffs + BBQ is pretty cozy and beautiful on the inside. Burgers and salads tasted good. The drinks also. In total I really like the place and would recommend it. I would give a better rating, but last time that we visited the specific chain store the waiter was pretty rude and unfriendly. This is always an impression killer when it crosses the line. So next time I will simply avoid this one and visit another store of the chain .

Super friendly staff and amazing food. A good variety of burgers and many great fries. The food and drinks were served very quickly. Absolutely recommended!

Fast service, good portions, nice dips. Unfortunately the burger was very soggy. Otherwise it was delicious.

The place looks nice and has a lot of seats and the waiters are friendly. There's also a huge variety of different types of hamburgers and fries. The hamburger that I took was good. However, the buns felt like it was a gluten free bun which ruined the hamburger a bit. Would recommend.

I ordered 2 Burgers and got both delivered without Bread even though I selected the option of White Buns. Someone needs to learn how to read an Order correctly

My expectations for this restaurant were so high BUT the burger was dry (better add extra sauce), the drinks consisted of water and syrup (nothing worth the money) and the service was as disinterested as possible. The waiters were more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to the people waving at them from the next table.

Overly greasy. The parm sauce smelled like a garbage bin. The burger meat tho was delish. Despite the low rating I will come back for the burgers

I visited this restaurant and I was amazed by the very friendly staff. The staff welcomed us with a place for a table. The food was also very good... fresh produce and tasty burgers. I will gladly visit this place again.😊

The burger didn't impress me, but the fries.. oh my God! They're called "Belgian fries" but they should be called "Better than Belgian fries"! The restaurant is middle sized, the atmosphere is nice and the service is very good. I also enjoyed the music that was playing.

This is one of my favorite burger places in Munich. The food is really good, they do have good salad options and vegetarian burger and the cocktails are worth trying. For me not only the food, but also service is important: the waitresses and waiters are really friendly, they smile and converse with you while you order. Tip them well :) and believe me when I say: friendly service is not that common...

Decent prices for excellent burgers. Service is great. We came in for lunch and got our food 5 minutes after ordering (which for a hamburger is expected). Solid choice and the fries are top-notch.

Nice burgers and I especially recommend the Choice of fries . However I have seen better restaurants for burgers in Munich, and what I didn’t like of them is that their beef pad It’s not so big, rather small. However I recommend you to try the truffle oil fried potatoes .

In general, I like this restaurant. The burgers and fries are delicious. But one thing that hinders me to visit once more is this particular worker. This worker ignored us, annoyingly answered us, let the couple who came later sit before us, didn't tell us there are tables inside (although we asked if there are tables for two) and didn't apologize until we left. The other worker who took care of us later was so nice. I feel sorry for her.

The service here is great, everyone working there is super friendly. The burgers are great, they've come out with a new "lockdown burger" which is great. The food is always fresh and there's lots of options. I would highly recommend the BBQ burger with the chilly cheese fries.

I was quite hyped to try this place for a long time, unfortunately, I was disappointed by their burgers. We ordered a couple of burgers for takeaway. The packaging was nice and clean, kudos for that. The burger was not very tasty, I’m not a huge fan of having a bunch of sauce in the burger, but the meat was also pretty lacking in flavour, resulting in a not so good experience. It was edible, it wasn’t expensive, there were a few clients waiting and this was during the 2020 pandemic, I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and try them again once they fully reopen.

Second time I have eaten here.... A busy trendy burger joint with a good selection of Beef Burgers (10 variants), Pork and Chicken Burger, Belgian fries and sides. Also 5 types of Vegan Burger. Burgers are around €10 each and fries €6 I had a Caesar Burger which was tasty. Recommended to any burger lover.

Hamburger was tasty and prices are fair. Service was good and staff was very friendly. Although the food was good, I can't say I was "amazed" by it. Good but not among the best I've tried. Having said, I would definitely return here when looking for a good affordable meal.

We had a very good time here. The burgers are really tasty, even the vegan options are yummy. I especially love the Chicken Burger, it has an amazing crispy crust.

Really creative burgers and the staff there knows how to recommend. They allowed me to taste the blue cheese before ordering it as it’s a strong flavour. I ended finding the blue cheese too strong for my taste and ordered another one which was pretty good. Also, their Mexican fries (topped with avocado, tomatoes and sour cream) was fantastic. Ideally, if they had a better bathroom and seating area the rating would be a 5 star.

Was busy on a saturday afternoon but the service was quick. I liked the coleslaw. I cannot complain about anything in particular but paying 20 euros for a burger menu for lunch is a bit steep even in munich, which became the standard for dine in prices. I guess I will prefer chain restaurants from now on for burgers. No offense.

Nice Evening, easy reservation (needed, because it could be crowded) . Nice outdoor seating, good food and beer. Burger, BBQ platter, vegetarian and really fun dessert. We enjoyed our stay.

It is very nice burger place I tried the big mission sandwich it was nice the beef was a bit salty but when we asked they confirmed it shouldn't be like that and they offered to change it. But overall it was good experience. This drink is not in the menu, you can just ask for Lily and you will have it, sometimes they serve it better with more fruits but this time I got only 2 blue berries :)

Great juicy burger! High quality sauces and sides,very friendly staff. Only thing missing is more comfortable seating in the outdoor area.

Great place for dinner with a large range of tasty burgers. Outdoor seating is available and is situated along a quiet road. Staff are also excellent and the prices are fair for what you get.
