Awesome Hard Rock Cafe. The food was incredible, really tasty. The portions are huge. I highly recommend the ribs and the burgers. I asked for the meat medium and they did it perfect. I am really happy about our visit. Friendly staff, good music and nice vibe.

My server, perhaps his name was Michael but I'm not sure, was great. I told him of my gluten allergy and he was able to show me ingredients for the gf bread and the bbq sauce. He checked in with me to make sure I was okay throughout my meal as I told him I experience anaphylaxis. He told me all the ingredients on the dessert. He was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. My food was delicious. The dessert was huge! I didn't realize it would be massive. I didn't want the cherry on top. 😂 Great experience.

I sat at one end of the bar closest to the entrance and other customers and myself found that the bartenders tend to group up and hang out together on the opposite side of the bar and they rarely walk by to make eye contact or check in with customers to see if they need anything or an additional drink. I flagged this issue with one of the bartenders and he acknowledged this and agreed it was a problem and that they are trying to fix the way they manage the bar area. This was quite a disappointing experience.

The place is really a trap for tourists... the food is not good at all. My "Country Smash Burger" was pre-prepared all the way. The salad and onions were almost frozen cold. The patty was not fresh, no salt, no pepper and not a 'smash' burger at all. It's all just for the eye and a big illusion....

Very pleasant place that has a more "homely" vibe than most hard rock cafes in large cities. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The service was fast despite the place being full, and the food was very tasty. Live music made the experience more pleasant, and even the football World Cup was on to make everyone happy. Thumbs up, would come back here any time.

I visited hard rock cafe Munich with my family on December 2022 - the guy that received us at the entrance literally made a "I'm disgusted" face when he saw the baby stroll and our toddler, we wanted to leave but we were tired and hungry... I would set 0 stars because of that but I can't complain about our waitress service, she was lovely. The food was not good at all (at least that day), the ribs tasted like they were frozen after cooked and just heated in a microwave - the "Messi burger" is a bummer, way smaller than it looks on the menu, it's simply not worth it. The fajitas were okay, the chicken was very dry nonetheless. I would only suggest to go there for drinks.

Impossible to explain how we had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe München. Our waiter (forgot his name but he was Italian) was super friendly, adding his own style to his service as well as excellent menu knowledge. The food was on a different level of taste, but admittedly the portions were huge! Plenty of choices on the cocktail menu as well.

Hard Rock Cafe is a fantastic restaurant that offers an amazing and fun experience for anyone who loves rock music. The decor of the restaurant is truly unique, with guitars hanging on the walls, and the whole vibe of the place is electric and lively. It's a great place to go if you're looking for a fun and upbeat atmosphere. When it comes to food, the wings are a must-try! They are hands down the best wings I've ever had in my life. The main dish, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered a combo of chicken and ribs, and while the ribs were cooked to perfection and full of flavor, the chicken was a bit dry and didn't pair well with the bbq sauce. Nonetheless, the portions were generous, and the presentation of the food was impeccable. The only downside to this restaurant is its expensive prices, which may not be suitable for those on a tight budget. Overall, if you're looking for a place with a unique ambiance, great music, and mouth-watering wings, Hard Rock Cafe is definitely worth a visit.

I was really thrilled to visit Hard Rock Cafe Munich. The experience started very pleasantly as the hostess showed us to the table and the server took our orders. But things were about to get shaky. The server forgot our beers for when we asked about it, he apologized and brought the beers to us. After that the wings and onions rings were amazing. But the chicken sandwich was too dry. The bread was too dry it couldn't be swallowed. I guess they didn't put any sauce on the bread. It ruined the whole experience. Even the patty was dry on the inside. I even told the server about this, he literally said "this is how it is" and still charged me for the same. Well, I expected too much from a German branch of a well renowned American cafe I guess.

I really liked the atmosphere of this place. Our waiter Sam was very attentive and kind. The brownie was out of this world, but the cheeseburger was also great. Only downside is that they serve Ayinger

A great place to get American food. The ambience is hip and the decor is also very cool. I got the grilled chicken sandwich (4/5) and the passion fruit Mai Tai (5/5) and both tasted awesome. I love the old tunes that were playing at the location as well. This place is very loud, bear in mind, so it is not a great spot if you want to have long conversations with people.

Big cheeseburger was made from poor quality meat. There was a piece of bone, lot’s of cartilage. You can’t find those from high quality minced meat. Even McDonald’s has better burgers. Chicken salad was bit tasteless and chicken bit too dry. Service was very good. Nice and helpfull people. Location is excellent. Atmosphere was bad, because You start staring those TV screens that plays old music videos from 80’s and that kill’s the conversation and mood.

This place seems to always be full, so it gets kinda loud. I tried the salmon, and it was good, but not the best I’ve had. The sweet chilli flavor was a bit too strong for the salmon taste. The mashed potatoes that came with it were really nice, though. We also ordered some burger sliders, and those were great. Overall, a decent meal, but the place could be a bit too busy for some.

I really enjoyed my meal at this Hard Rock Cafe- one of the best ones that I've visited! Their daily local menu was unique and delicious and their staff were friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere in this Hard Rock, with the usual memorabilia and great design choices.

Definitely recommend making a reservation as this place is always really busy, but we were able to get in as a party of 2 at the bar with no wait. Staff was really good and the service was fast. The music playing was great and really added to the atmosphere

To be honest for me every Hard Rock Cafe feels the same, no matter where’s located. Same atmosphere same level of service I can’t rate the food we only had drinks. There was guitar of the guns and roses, jacket of Kiss, Peter Maffay boots and some and other stuff…

Great ambient with great like always for Hard Rock Cafe. I ate better burger in my life but it's good this one too. But fries was really good.

Great service, and not too crowded, like the brauhaus right in front of it. Food was exceptional, and they even had a special Oktoberfest menu. All over the place, you will find memorabilia from artists. Will definitely return. Thanks!

First time going to Hard Rock Café in Europe and it was a wonderful time ,I'm absolutely gonna come back again in the future. I order BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger , Hurricane and Cheesecake and it was lit 🌟 and our server, Albin was awesome 🌟 dude deserve a raise! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
