If it will be possible I will give 10 stars to this hotel. We meet at the reception very nice and polite man (Lennard was his name as I remember), he described everything, he assured us that we are not going to regret staying in this hotel - he was right!! Everything is perfect, starting from inviting us with small appetizer directly to room by housekeeping manager (thank you miss Maria!) so stay not even started and we are pleased!! Glass of water for free - simple things that you don't get in other even more expensive hotels! Highly recommend, top notch!

This was the hotel we finally found after searching several hotels in Munich. There was an event in town and I guess this one was far enough away to stay down to earth with their prices! They did not disappoint at all! Silver lining to a great but long few days! Friendly staff and the atmosphere was great! The Leonardo was everything!! I will definitely stay again and recommend!!

One of the best options in town!! This is the second time I am Leonardo Hotel Munich East City and I can confirm this is an excellent option for a great price. The hotel has a parking with a reasonable cost, the staff is super friendly and always finding solutions for you, the rooms are clean and comfortable, last but not least the breakfast is top!!! I really enjoy the variety and quality of the food. One additional hint, there is a mall called PEP, about 25 min by walk where you can find all kind of stores and variety of restaurants with different kind of international food. I will not doubt to stay here again in my next visit!

The hotel is in great condition. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The service is quick and effective. The breakfast is generous, even though nothing exceptional. The location is very convenient: a few steps from a station to go downtown Munich.

The condition of the hotel and the room are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly. We had a Deluxe room for 4 people. This is ideal for families. Easy accessibility with private parking. For us the ideal hotel for our transit to Austria.

The TV was not working properly. The model was antiquated (sluggish). The channels had not been updated for a while, so there were channels reminding of an update to HD TV from years ago and channels requiring a subscription. The batteries of the remote were empty.

Excellent service. Very kind and helpful stuff. Amazing breakfast, bar and restaurant for dinner only. Rooms were medium-sized with everything you need. The location was in a quiet area but close to the train.

I stayed during the logistics exhibition and the hotel is nicely located with a metro station nearby (around 20-25 min to the Messe) The staff is very friendly. Food (breakfast & dinner) was good quality and the room was clean. I recommend

Great position and the possibility to check in and out 24h is handy for business trips. I would have appreciated to have a lighter blanket, there was only a very thick one and it was too hot in the room for me.

We like to stay here at Muc East as far as it is possible in our previous and Future stays. It is quite quite there and central. Public transportations in the near , shops needed in the near. Rooms comfort, beds good to sleep, as, relatively new, has everything in which is needed. Good breakfast and big and plenty to choose from. Nice little Bar and Lobby. Parking is good around the Hotel without charge. And also Parking of the Hotel with charge, what we did not use as we came by train to Munich.

Great, clean hotel which is very central to the underground which takes you directly into the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had no problems during our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the staff was nice, and the location of the hotel is perfect, close to the U-Bahn / S-Bahn stations.

The Leonardo is excellent, and we have now stayed at this hotel several times. We had a small problem with our shower, which took several requests to sort out, which is the only reason why we have not scored 10 for everything.

+ new, clean, nice, near metro - trains and construction under the windows, awful (i mean it!) WiFi - the signal quality is *mostly* fair, but the connection handling software is buggy as hell - it just kicks you out randomly, does not reconnect, and you have to manually re-authenticate, and sometimes you just can't. So beware if your mobile plan is not too generous :)

Very accessible as the train station is nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean and good food too, my son enjoyed it.

Recently stayed a week for business, excellent front desk staff especially Lennard who helped me with a specific request. Comfortable beds in acceptable sized rooms and excellent powerful shower with the best Dead Sea mineral shower body wash. Good breakfast choice, fresh eggs on requests, restaurant staff very helpful and attentive .. reasonable amount of choice on the menu. Close to metro rail . Overall fab ..I'm staying again soon!

Hotel room is great, service is excellent and location is 2 min. from the Ubahn which takes you to the city centre in max. 30 min. Restaurant has great food, waiters were professional and friendly. I did find breakfast a little expensive as it was 19€ pp. Since we caught Easter 🐣 at the hotel, there was a tiny choco bunny in front of our room. Very nice gesture 👏

Great value price, clean rooms, nice staff

Nice and new hotel in the middle of nowhere!

They refused to honor any cancellations even though we are from a Covid restricted country and booked well before the pandemic. They still wanted us to come in and stay on their property and find a way into their country. If this is how they are operating, I’m am concerned about how seriously they are taking health and safety of the guests. They seem to prioritize quick cash over the health of their staff and other guests. Knowing this, I would not feel comfortable staying there even when things get back to normal. They seem to not take the virus seriously.

Highly overpriced. E.g. the room in hotels of this kind is normally equipped with the ironing set by default. The breakfast was really poor selection for this amount of money (must worse than in the past), each day it was exactly the same. Apart from that all ok. Staff helpful and nice, rooms super clean.

Rooms on this Hotel are excellent, very clean and nice. The breakfast is very good as well, you can find anything that you could imagine. From eggs done at the moment to pancakes. However the restaurant I have to say that has dicreased its quality a lot, from the perspective of the service as well as the food. They attended me after people arriving much later, just because I was alone and on the other table were more people. I got my hamburguer burned and besides the meet was horrible. I had to left half the sandwich. I would fully recommend the Hotel, but bring your dinner or go outside.

Very nice hotel for a weekend leisure stay for a couple. Hotel was in great condition and rooms were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Very short walk to train station and easy train trip to centre or the airport. Not much retail in the area but short walk to supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was fantastic as it was close to our families place, close to the freeway. It was clean, it had on site parking (15 EU) per day. Breakfast was fantastic and you can walk to the U-ban station. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

This hotel is in a very good position to visit Munich if you have a car. Just in front of the hotel there is P&R which costs only 1€ a day or many free parkings along the road. The construction is brand new like the whole area and the rooms are comfortable and quite. The toilet is nice and spacious. I recommend

Delighted with the hotel, the staff, the rooms, the food, the courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. Its proximity to the train station was n added bonus. The beautiful Roman Catholic Church of St. Maximilian Kolbe nearby was a haven of silence and prayer. Thank you..

Leonardo hotels means great value. Service is always brilliant, rooms cozy, modern and well equipped. This one is located faraway from the city centre, but 5 minute walk from my office, so to me it was perfect. It has nice small gym open 24/7. Breakfast was also nice, with few vegan options, but still good like for Bavaria. Highly recommend.

Very easy to reach, good place to stay, but service is not soo good, little far from city centre.

This hotel is very good for business. If you come to Munich for work and want to stay at a quite and don't want to go out then its awesome and deserves 5 star for that. However, for me my stay wasn't very exciting as I was staying there for a weekend and i had to go via train to every place. Location is outskirts of Munich but easily accessible. Has a restaurant Atrium which offers vegetarian options too. Overall experience is average

Individual beds way too small but confortable. Bundesliga sports channels with no signal. Very nice hall and breakfast but the room a little average.

Not a bad place, but the rooms are a tad small relative to other out of the city hotels at this price range. Overall good if you need to be in southern Munich (suburbs) and need to have quick access to the underground
