We used to love this place but in the last months we realized the quality of the cocktails was getting worse. Sometimes they brought us a wrong drink and the service takes forever -more than 20 min- (they also forget your orders). Last night the waitress were very rude to us telling us not to talk so loud also inside the bar, like if we where at the school. We felt very uncomfortable. I mean, if you can’t talk in a bar what else are we supposed to do? Despite the bad service, they ask you for a tip! Before we always had to book a table, now it is almost empty, it seems we are not the only ones to notice the drop in quality of this place. Ps: the answer clearly evidences how rude you guys are with your clients. Everybody was talking out loud, well you own a bar and not a library. We just hope this mistreatment was not due to our nationality.

I had one of the BEST COCKTAILS of my life, if not the actual greatest! I asked for something spicy, loaded with flavour but not to sweet ... and I was literally presented with exactly that! Topped with perfectly fluffed egg white, made with beet juice, chili and spiced to perfection! Presentation on point and service to write about! If thirsty in Munich, go hydrate with a cocktail at Auroom!

Amazing cocktails, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff! I tried the Drunken Rabbit (which has ginger and coconut milk) and was refreshing and all the flavors were well-balanced; I highly recommend it. Our waitress was really attentive and helped us a lot with recommendations. The place had good music, but not extremely loud so you could still have a nice conversation.

Decent cocktails but shocking service. It took over a half hour from arrival to get a drink and this was after having to ask for a menu and then having to ask for someone to take an order, incredibly poor and I'd avoid

If you want custom-made cocktails made by a real mixologist, this is the place. You can order using the menu, and whatever you choose will be great. But the best time is when you talk to the bartender. You don't need to know anything about cocktails: just start talking to the bartender about what type of food you like or flavors. Do you like sweet, sour, strong, smokey? He will take it into account, mix together something, and it will be as if someone read your mind. Incredible every time.

Amazing cocktails and great staff. They have a pretty large drink menu with lot of varieties to suit everyone. I will definitely be going back.

I went to this place with a few friends and the staff was INCREDIBLY rude. Not only was it rude, but it also felt targeted towards my group of friends and I who are all foreigners. Needless to say that this is the most racism I have experienced in a while. I will absolutely never be going back and I hope anyone reading this thinks twice before heading there.

This rating is just for the service there as we had to leave after waiting 50 minutes for 2 cocktails: Waiting around 20 minutes, the waiter comes and takes our order ignoring us several time before and taking orders of the other customers coming after us. He shows us a QR code for the Luca app and forced us to scan it.I ask for paper as I did not have the app. he asked me to leave because I asked for paper and pen to write my data. My friend had the app and we decided to stay anyway after such a rude reaction, knowing that every other place in Munich offer also paper and pen. Waiting exactly 30 minutes (The luca app has a timer) still we did not get our cocktails (others tables were also annoyed of long waiting time and very arrogant waiter) we have decided to leave as It was already too late. So If you care about service and polite staff, thats not the place to go.

Hard pass on this place. They user their "no track" policy to turn away anyone who isn't German. There are plenty of other amazing options out there.

Absolutely amazing custom cocktails made by mixologists with clear experience and skill. Wonderful service with some of the friendliest servers I’ve ever had. Absolute must try

We were a group of 7 and unfortunately they decided not to welcome us even though there were empty tables, chairs and space for them but just stacked away. I guess they just chose not to do business that evening at 9pm…

The cocktails were fantastic! We also wanted to order some snacks. Most of them were not available anymore and one took over 30 minutes to arrive. It would be great if the availability of the food would also be communicated beforehand.

Service quality was really bad in comparison to a few years ago. Had to wait half an hour for taking orders... And there where only three other tables full beside ours... In top of that the waitress didn't take any time to take our orders, so we where not comfortable to ask for recommendations. Cocktails themselves where good as usual.

Probably my favourite cocktail bar in Munich. Not uber fancy/hip but really solid, well tasting cocktails. If Schuhmans is too posh and Call Saul too much experience, this is the place to be and enjoy a night with friends.

This cocktail bar has many different and delicious drinks. The atmosphere is perfect for a small group of friends or to go on a date. It is cozy, lightly illuminated and the staff is very friendly.

Drinks were OK. The ambience is nice, but the staff have a weird vibe - quite pushy and a little sassy. The waiter was so offended when I said I'd like to describe my drink to the bartender directly. He refused and kept saying why don't you trust me? Like what? It's a cocktail bar and I've never had this issue in other munich bars. Was very strange, won't go there again

Cozy spot with absolutely fantastic service, large selection of cocktails that are exquisitely presented and taste as good as they look.

Great cocktails, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, cosy atmosphere - everything a good bar requires. The drinks served are high quality, so expect higher prices, the place itself is small and gets busy quickly, be sure to call ahead for reservations.

Amazing cocktails! I got the one called drunk rabbit (or something similar) and was impressively good. As well, their selection of mezcales was quite impressive! Very good ambience on a weekend night. As well, extremely good attention. Fully recommended!

The cocktails was so bad The bartender knows only how to make an ice water. Bar guy charged me for 30 eur more. The worst experience in Munich.

Terrible service. Arrived and had to seat ourselves, had to grab menus from inside ourselves. We were waiting at least 20mins before I went in to ask for some service. The waiter seemed to take offence to this by sighing and rolling his eyes. He then came out to take our order but refused to even make eye contact with me. I wouldn’t mind but they weren’t even busy. This was a midweek night and all indoor seating was empty, just some outdoor seating occupied. It ended up being a full 35 minutes before we received our 2 cocktails……cocktails were good to be fair but the wait time literally angered me so much that my whole experience was ruined unfortunately

Staff was really nice and helped us with our orders. Cocktails were lovely. It does take bit for them to make the cocktails but tbh, not much longer than any other cocktail bar on a quiet night and only one bartender on shift.

Overall not so bad, but bartenders are not properly measuring the ingredients for drinks. Not using jigger and trying to measure based on your gut feeling ends up in a too sour drink that’s almost impossible to drink. Better to take it serious than trying to look cool not using the right equipment. If you are really attentive to details in cocktails I would not recommend this place.

What an amazing time we had here ! Cocktails were absolutely divine, elaborate and delicate, and the staff was very welcoming 🥰 Never had such an experience in Paris for a price like this. Thanks a lot ! We won't forget it 🔥

Terrible place. Rejected entry because of us wearing lederhosen. While I get not all are engaged in the Octoberfest celebration (or right now, the non-existing Octoberfest) being discriminated for clothing is so strange to experience. Can’t say if their cocktails are good, but they approach is not.

It's a small place, and so, getting a seat may be a problem. This is my only issue. However, this also provides the kind of intimate and personal service that you receive at the establishment, so it's an acceptable annoyance. Staff is very pleasant. The place is clean, Covid-19 protocols are in place, and the ambience is nice, but that's not why I gave this place five stars. All those things are very nice. I went for the booze, and the booze is fantastic! Every cocktail I had was top notch, imaginative, and seemingly crafted by a mind that loves the art of mixology, rather that a person just looking to sell a few mixed drinks. So go to Auroom. Just go.

Good selection and blend of cocktails. Been there a few times and the taste of cocktails never let me down.

What to say. 1. Aesthetically speaking: It's delicious. Love the details of the interior design: excessive, without getting (too) kitschy, but instead cosy. The gold on the theoretically rough wall makes it luminous and warm. Delicate the selection and exposition of jiggers on the back. The outfit of the people is just as it should be: distinct and decent. I love it. 2. The drinks. Refined, studies and precious. The Fate is kept under control. From the revisitation of the classics (sours, old fashioned, fizz...), to the appealing "candy store" section... My favourite, la Señora... Without any doubt. Very nice, my compliment!
