Very friendly staff, were welcoming to vegans and had no problem making vegan versions of their vegetarian dishes. Atmosphere is happy and calm. Looking forward to coming back! :)

This is a review from A VIETNAMESE. I confirm that this is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The Phở is exactly the same taste as in Vietnam. The owner is so lovely. She is very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant among many Vietnamese restaurants in Munich.

Good food & lovely staff. On the pricey side, but they went out of their way to cook a bespoke order for one of our group.

Vegan: The best tofu with tomato sauce in Munich that i ever tasted. They prepared fresh, the tofu is lightly fried and still soft and not dry.

The environment was nice. The staff is very friendly and you can tell it’s a family owned and run business. It’s more of a Viet-Thai cuisine. The pho soup tasted good but lacked the taste I was hoping (however not bad in Munich ) and the Thai beef and duck dish were very nice. Great tasting starters too.

Below average food. I read the review that says this is authentic Vietnamese... no it isn't.

Really tasty food and good sized portions

Great place! Attention coulnd't have been better, delicious food and very good prices.

Besides the fact that you pay a pretty steep price for mediocre tasting food (pho broth tasted watery), we were served parsley instead of coriander (odd in Vietnamese food) and the bean sprouts and mint were old (brown and wilting - obviously sitting out all day or more) and very skimpy portions. The chili sauce ease delicious though!

Came here because of the high rating, the experience was not great. I’ve waited one hour for my noodle salad, nobody even came asking. Furthermore there was constant smell of cigarette coming out of the kitchen, I’m sure it was from the kitchen because none of the guests were smocking in this little restaurant. I was about to leave before the food finally came. The food is fine, but definitely not worth one hour waiting. The price was on the expensive side. Will not come again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Sen was good enough to be an exception. We got back to Munich from a tour to Neuschwanstein, and it was quite late at night - almost closing time. However, we were welcomed in warmly by the owner, even though we ended up staying until a good 45 minutes past closing time. The food (I ordered a pho) was incredible - I have had a lot of Vietnamese food in Seattle, but this was the best I have had by far. The owner was even kind enough to bring us drinks after our meal, and we ended up chatting for a while. Munich as a whole was a great experience, but this man and his service made us feel like regular and valued customers even though we were probably making life difficult for him by walking in so late. This place was really a highlight of my stay in Munich, I highly recommend.

We had our best Vietnamese meal in Munich. The Pho is amazing, super tender beef and authentic flavor. The crispy duck is also very tasty! Good price, great location and excellent service. The owner is very kind. He even offered me an extra bowl of meat 🥹. The foods and the vibe made me feel like home. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Munich! Thank you for a great meal! 😍
