We received the worst service I have seen in my life. They made us wait 50 minutes for a couple of sandwiches. When we asked for our orders they were very unfriendly and made us feel embarrassed in front of our guests. Also the scrambled eggs were very overcooked.

Amazing bagel. As 2 English customers with shocking German skills, both gentleman were accommodating. Bagels tasted incredible. Option to get them as part of a meal. Even explained the best way to eat then so the filling doesn’t fall out

Honestly, as someone who tried NYC bagels, this place is far better. Shockingly surprising, as bagels in germany are never that good… I can definitely recommend this bagel store to everyone :))))))

As someone who lived in NYC for 6 years, my bagel standards are high. Having now lived in Berlin and Munich for 7 years, I can say these are the best bagels I’ve had anywhere in Germany (and I’ve tried a lot)! (They aren’t the same as a true New York bagel of course, but by German bagel standards they are great.)

These do not measure up to the definition of bagels. They're much more like bread rings. I went here with two friends all of us having lived in NYC before moving to Munich and everyone of us agreed that this place should not be legally allowed to call their products bagels. Really disappointed and confused by all the people who gave this place high praise. Have they never had a bagel before in their life?

Very charming an small place with fantastic selfmade bagels and great muffins. Truly unique experience and a nice and authentic owner who makes all meals. Amazingly clean working area and great bagel options. Definitely recommend to any lover of authentic American bagels.

Best place in Munich to get a Bagel and chill: - Sweet, humourous and friendlyl staff. - Cozy old fashioned place with numerous activities during the week including live music and movies. - Opens everyday. - Wide selection of delicious food.

The meat wasn't tasty and the bagels were not fresh. Also they didn't wear any gloves preparing anything . But nice staff

Lovely and charming joint with extremely tasty fresh bagels and unforgettable fluffy muffins! The owners are very friendly and always in good spirits. They have a nice word to say to anyone entering the place. It is always a pleasure to have some Bagels & Muffins from here and I totally recommend it!
