The cocktails are quite good and they are not so expensive (specially during the happy hour). About food, it is fine also but the best part was the cocktails for sure

Im pretty sure the cooks there have only seen pictures of Mexican food, never tried it. Tasty yes, mexican no. Don't support them just bc you think the name is cool, unless you plan to go Hitlerbar afterwards. Escobar was a bad person and honoring him is wrong, you're not being cool and trendy by doing so.

Food portion was good, it filled me after I was starving. the taste was good but I had better. The atmosphere was kind of busy on a Sunday not sure about the rest of the week. The place gets so loud easily, don’t know why? I didn’t try the cocktails stuck with Welles beer.

We dropped into EscoBar to grab a beer on a warm summer evening. The place was lively with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have a cocktail of the day at ~7€ as well as extended Happy hours. The waitress was really warm, quick and efficient and served us with a smile..Kudos! Enjoyed our evening. Will definitely drop in again for a longer evening.

We ordered taco and fajitas, I really liked the atmosphere, the freshness of the food. Tacos were not so authentic, so delicious tho😍 They also have interesting happy hours, highly recommend here.

We came to have one drink only, but I will definitely come back to try some more. Super affordable prices and great list to choose of. We were served quickly and also got a shot on the house. There are daily offers for chosen cocktail too. Would definitely recommend to give it a try.

What an amazing find. Great drinks and the food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I was happy to visit Esco Bar. Make sure you are fine with the noise. It is almost always full and this makes it really hard to have a conversation. The food is amazing and fresh. There's a huge variety of drinks. Cocktails, tea, coffee. During the happy hours the drinks cost 6.50€.

This lively Mexican bar is very close to the train station, and the food and drinks were pretty good. It was very crowded, making it difficult to have a conversation. I also felt like the service was quite slow, and the staff could've been more welcoming (to be fair, it was a busy Saturday night). If you're looking for a quick drink in a lively tavern atmosphere, I recommend checking out the EscoBar.

Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food! The tacos are really delicious & the nachos with dips, the guacamole is just on point!!!! Yummy.

The service at this place was really disappointing. Although the place was almost empty with only 8-10 people around, we waited 30min for our drink and additional 20min to pay at the end.

Great place for mexican food, will definitely come back! The portions are very generous, and the prices are very reasonable for Munich. They have a bar, a restaurant and outside eating. It was a Sunday evening and there was only one person serving so we waited a bit, but it was all worth it. I would recommend the Escobar Plato Mexicano for 2. They have vegetarian options and spicier options too.

A very nice and unique place with good food and cool drinks. The drink assortment is just fine to my taste. When I was there I first ordered a beer, a cocktail (Moscow mule) and after some time whiskey, since they got a very nice selection of single malts, which I personally highly appreciate 😉 Ginger beer in the Moscow mule was a bit too sweet: I would prefer the "fever-tree" brand ginger beer in this cocktail, which is less sweet. Other than that everything was great! Next time in Munich I will definitely visit EscoBar again with great pleasure! Viele Grüße aus NRW 😊

Welcoming staff, good speed of service and good value for money. The food was delicious. Time of visit: 1730pm on a Wednesday. Will definitely come here again next time I'm in Munich

I was looking forward to try this restaurant due to the good reviews. I was unfortunately disappointed. The service is okay. The nachos didn't taste fresh, same way with the salsa sauce. The burrito tasted a bit fabricated. Overall not really fresh or special.

Excellent Enchiladas. Been here a couple of times. Would go again.

Enjoyed the dining at Escobar, fast service, welcoming atmosphere with the awesome waitress. Food and cocktail was good. Definitely coming again.

Great vibes and atmosphere! Drinks are quite nice and the service was great, I mistakenly ordered a normal margarita but wanted a frozen and the bartender graciously swapped the drinks for me. Can HIGHLY recommend the frozen margaritas. Only minus point is that the food is fairly mediocre and a bit pricey. Still, with the limited selection of Mexican canteens in Munich this is one of the better ones.

Nice bar for cocktails, can rowdy on weekends. Inside has cosy feel. Good variety of food. Wouldn't say top quality but average to above average, I had chicken wings (was good). A place for small group outings , food and cocktails and chat thru your food and drinks.
