Reservation done on Booking in June for 2 nights total 188euro, and confirmed Mail received from B&B in november explaining i have to pay 500euro (twice the agreed proce) or my reservation will be cancelled.... Inacceptable !!!! They explain This bug however the usual price week before or after is 200euro for the same service.... B&B France and booking Well understand my position but not German side.... Let Booking customer service ne fair as usual

Couldn’t recommend booking this hotel any less. I booked 2 nights around Germany vs France at Euro 2020(June 2021) months in advance when the new fixture date was announced. The room cost me €128 for 2 nights so €64 per night. A couple of weeks after the booking was made, the hotel contacted me to say that there had been an error in the price I had paid and that it should have been €190 PER NIGHT. They offered to let me pay an extra €250 or cancel the room. (Needless to say I cancelled the room and rebooked the ibis München City for €75 per night) When they contacted me about this I replied back to understand that this was not a mistake and they rudely replied saying that it was correct and I had to choose which option to go with. I reviewed the hotel on Trip Advisor at the time and they replied with one of the snarkiest pieces of literature I’ve ever read. I have to say I was amazed with their brazenness about the whole thing. They had a go at me personally for spending money on a ticket to the match, but not wanting to pay €190 for a night in their establishment as well as many other rude comments in their Trip Advisor reply. I would not recommend making a booking here under any circumstances unless you’re happy for them to randomly demand you pay 3x the price a couple of weeks after you make the booking. You really couldn’t make up how bad and nasty their customer service representatives are. I had a lovely time in the ibis hotel for 40% cheaper than my original booking in the B&B hotel. Save yourself the stress and money by booking somewhere else. Edit: from reading reviews from others, it seems I’m not the only one they’ve tried to pull this stunt on.

Its cheap in the middle of the city, we stayed in other b&b hotel in essen was clean and acceptable but this was is very dirty i had to get the cleaning staff and vacuum by myself, too dusty my allergies worsened, its budget so am not expecting much however they lied about the air conditioning being u under maintenance and they actually control it centrally so it doesn’t cool and save some money which am being charged for! Now that is unacceptable and had ruined my vacation since it was kind of a hotter weather! No parkings inside as they have fee only so its always full and when i called they said yes we have parking which is a lie .. as you will have to park outside as I did for a week… will never stay there again i Dont recommend unless you have no issues with hygiene or being sweaty

Clean and neat place, friendly staff, good view, good ventilation in rooms. Hotel is located next to gas station though, fumes may be disturbing occasionally.

Clean facility, easy to find, sufficient parkings underground and behind the building, option to buy all you can eat breakfast, vending machine for quick snacks and drinks. Hot water and clean rooms. Great value. Will stay again and recommend.

The rooms were clean. The staff were really good and friendly. Breakfast was Okish not many options. I stayed here for two nights. There is a bus stop at 5 mins and u bahn at 10 mins.

**Moderate Experience** I recently stayed at B&B hotel, and my overall experience was moderate. While the room was clean, I found old dirty cups in the bathroom. There was no cleaning service in the morning, so I had to request new towels myself. Additionally, there was only half a roll of toilet paper upon my arrival. Imagine being on the road with your entire family for 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no staff present in the morning, making it challenging to address any questions or concerns promptly. On the day of check-out, scheduled for 12 o'clock, the staff began knocking at 10 AM for room cleaning, despite the official check-out time of 12 o'clock. When I asked if they could come back later, they knocked again around 11 AM. This gave me the impression that little consideration was given to the official check-out time. However, the plus point is the free parking available under the hotel, which can be convenient for guests with a car. There are areas that need improvement, such as better room cleaning and more consistent service. Overall, it's a very basic accommodation. Perhaps suitable if you're passing through, but not ideal for an extended stay, certainly not longer than two days. Next time, I'll conduct more thorough research before booking a B&B hotel.

Nice place. Friendly staff. No need to check in. You will get a code upon reservation and you can use that code to enter your room and parking area. So just book and stay at no complex procedures no waiting time. I like it much.

Good stay. Checkin checkout easily done through system. Pass code is given instead of room access card/key. 24hr mart express & Mcdonald just beside the hotel. Room is spacious enough and fully equipped. Bed is comfortable with rather flat pillows. Counter service is good. Generally feel safe and quiet which able us to have good sleep.

We booked this hotel to explore the city and to go to a concert. The U-Bahn station was within walking distance and easily reachable. The hotel and room was great for a two night stay. Very comfortable beds. Free parking. The only thing is that you could hear the traffic noise in the room, even with closed windows, which was a bit annoying.

Decent hotel overall, prices are just a bit high for what you get. Rooms are clean and cozy. We could always hear people talking outside our window late at night despite being on an upper floor (this could just be because we went during Oktoberfest). The room key system is just a number code they give you. The hallway on our floor also smelled weird the three nights we were there, which was a little disconcerting. Breakfast was pretty good. They do offer a small menu for room service and there are snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Close to a gas station and a McDonald’s for the necessities, but location itself is pretty far from downtown München. 10 minute walk to the train station and most restaurants.

I had a nice short stay at B&B Munich: the room was clean, staff helpful, also a good breakfast.

I appreciate the extremely convenient booking and automated check-in process. You can just walk-in whenever you want and don't need to wait at reception. Questions can be raised online and are answered quickly. The rooms are basic, but fair value for the money. I will stay again.

Enjoyed a nice stay at the B&B HOTEL München City-Nord whilst visiting for the Munich marathon, the bed was comfortable, the access was clear and simple and the location was good for accessing the metro services. I would recommend a stay here to visit Munich.

We canceled our reservation after getting no reply to two emails after two days and a phone call after 5 minute wait. Maybe its a good hotel if you are ok with zero human service/interaction possibility.

A decent hotel in the north part of Munich. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but there was no fridge.

We stayed as a family, 2 nights, family-room. Great beds, nice room. Bathroom somewhat small but all comfort available. Basic breakfast but fresh and always staff around to "re-fill" in case something ran out. Also great that you receive a code via email for check-in, no check-out required. Saves you some time. Free parking under the hotel, also a great asset. Close to U6 which brings you to city center in 15 minutes. B&B Hotels offers "maximum bang for buck". No fancy stuff, but a good and affordable hotel. Will book with them again when making a city trip. Have used them in Bremen, München and Bielefeld so far. Never been dissappointed.

I've stayed on the May 18th to 20th nights, during the High End Munich show. My main selection criteria was, distance to MOC, price, cleanness, wifi. I've also checked reviews and pictures from other reviewers. My genelral opinion is that the hotel met most of my expectations and I would select this hotel again. It was convenient, simple, clean, not less or not more that what I've expected. I was only disappointed when I paid 191€ per night and saw the advertisement outside the hotel, 59€ for a single room.

No one to answer the phone at the reception and no answer to my emails!!! Wanted to tell them i cant make my reservation because my train got cancelled…Never got a callback or a (partial) refund…

The best of the locaation, you can find Mac at the same place. The services are weak. The jonitors wanted to clean wirhout request, open the door of my room 2 times at morning while i was sleeping. It is unprofessional.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Spent a nite here with family, room was clean and well equipped. Perfect for family with 2 kids (12 and 3 years old), staff was nice at reception. A McDonald's was under construction at ground level, and a gas station is also available, so the location is definitely interesting for short stay.

It would help if you can provide basic stuff like dental kit

I liked the breakfast, self-check-in and complimentary underground parking. Otherwise, this is a decent budget hotel, reasonably close to where we needed and to the U-Bahn. The surroundings are rather industrial so not necessarily a place for an evening stroll for most.

This is hotel is the bare minimum of a hotel and i would rate it at four stars if the prices advertised in the internet where true, but i paid 325€ for the night from 20.6. to 21.6. and 165€ for the night after, and this way to much for this small room without any frills. Service is not existing, You just receive codes by Email. Location is very close to a highway in an industrial area of Munich and there is a gas station next to the hotel. As a reply to the owner: Its the ugly side of capitalism to increase the room price by a factor bigger than five in times of high demand without increasing the service level. I doubt the owners would be willing to pay five times the regular price for a treatment at e.g., the dentist if it is urgent compared to a planned treatment.

Wow!! What a service today and last week!! Very kind and oure stay was perfect! Free parking spacy unther the hotel. Room was great for out family. 2 tv's haha. We booked for one night but room was so uncomfortable, small that we had to cancel the second night. There was not even shampoo in the bathroom, there was not a phone so I had to go all the way down to the reception. The lady sitting at the reception was inpolite, we requested her to call her manager, she refused and threatened us to call the police. We paid twice the price on the price list in front of the hotel. It really is not worth it!!!

Decent hotel for the price. We were family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed 1 night as we were passing through Munich. Good for 1 or 2 day stay. Staff very friendly.

My family and I always stay at this hotel on our way to Italy and again when we return to England. Hotel personal are always friendly and very accommodating. We love this hotel, hence the reason why we always stay here. In fact we only stay at B&B hotels. Thank you.

Good hotel for price, comfy bed, room big enough only negative was the shower was not the cleanest some grout black could do with regrout or bleaching and bathroom smelt a bit moldy not too bad though if you shut the door.

I always choose B&B HOTEL because of it's affordable rates. They offer reasonable rates and I had easy transaction on their website. The front desk officer in München City - Nord branch is friendly and accommodating. I will surely book again because of the smooth transaction and comfortable stay. I would like to suggest to them to add a small water heater inside the room. I also didn't received the free bottled water mentioned in the ads.
