Since they were recommended by the Michellin guide, I had certain expectation about the quality of the food and service. However, I was disappointed on both fronts. The tom yum soup literally had only 3 pieces of prawns and one mushroom in it. And the seafood green curry - all the seafood was not fully cooked through, except the prawns. I guess they were trying not to overcook it but it was certainly undercooked by 20%. And the service - I must have repeated myself 3 times to the same waitress that I don't speak German! And of course, I had to repeat my order to another waiter... who also got my drink order wrong. In summary, unless u are in the area, don't bother making a trip down to have a meal here.

Fantastic Thai with higher standards than your normal Asian restaurant in Munich. So, expect higher prices but in the right occasion, definitely worth it. We had the soup which had different fish and seafood in it, available if you order it for two people or more and it was fantastic. Lovely spice and balance in flavors with matched perfectly with the high-class Riesling we had. They have a special game offering with venison, which is quite unique. All the main entrees were very very good, the duck (see picture), the quail (see picture) and the scallops were on point. Unfortunately the Pad Thai was lacking flavor and in result, very bland. Definitely not up to par. Another disappointment was the wine list. This place had a big reputation for having a very serious wine menu, it is still good but nothing in comparison with prior years. Furthermore, the wine we asked for in the menu was also not available. Unacceptable for the price and standards. Therefore just four stars.

The food tastes average, the price is a bit high, I suppose to give a four-star rating before checking out, but I didn’t expect to be asked for a tip when checking out. This is very rude in Germany and I will never come back to this restaurant.

The food was nice but overpriced in my opinion. Service wasn’t great as they had to come back and check our order. Service was also a little bit cheeky asking my friend’s child if they wanted another drink rather than the parent. Lastly didn’t appreciate the soft pressure of asking if I wanted to add a tip during payment. Overall okay experience, but I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back unless they addressed the above.

tl;dr: Thai bartaurant offering drinks, wine, thaipas (haaaa Thai tapas) and Thai food. Food is tasty and fairly priced. The place: cramped and packed. Tables are places very close together, with just enough space for waiters to move around. It’s fairly loud and lively with guests talking. The decor looks nice, especially the wallpaper 😂 The food: I started with Tom yum goong. I thought the broth was a bit more watery than I expected. It was NOT spicy except for one derelict slice of red chili, which is probably my fault for assuming (it’s Germany after all). You could still taste the leaves and ginger (I think it was ginger and not galangal) and keffir leaves. I then ordered red curry with seafood and coconut flesh, which came in a hollowed out coconut. Cool! This dish was a bit overpriced IMO. It was mild and tasty, with shrimp, fish and scallops in there. Comes with WAY TOO MUCH rice :( so much that I couldn’t do dessert afterwards. Bummer. Fiancée enjoyed her sticky rice with mango while glancing at me with an air of superiority. The service: up to par. Didn’t keep us waiting long for anything. Fiancée says: wonton could’ve been crispier but I liked the sauce. Pad Thai goooood. Yeah. Mango with sticky rice me likey.

One of the most popular Thai restaurants in Munich and it does justify it's popularity. Portions are huge for the price. It's conveniently located for public transport users. We opted for outdoor seating due to summer but indoors are equally beautiful. It offers ample vegetarian options as well. Love the service, taste and quality. Quite fancy cutlery. Definitely recommended!

Brilliant restaurant, excellent service delicious food and the ambience is more than one can ask for. We tried the lunch menu and I ordered the Cashew Chicken, it was worth every euro. Can highly recommend it.

Thai food was very good. Together with the ambience, cosy seating and the high standard of food, it’s one of the finest Thai restaurant.

Delicious food but very pricey. Foods came very fast. The restaurant is quite spacious, and the toilet is pretty clean. I was very annoyed by the extremely loud birthday music that was played twice during our visit. You guys should seriously stop doing that, because it really ruined our dinner experience. Or please lower the volume down, a lot.

I found this restaurant via Michelin Guide App, many people also recommended here. I do really like the starters, papaya salad, minced chicken salad, etc… But the main dishes are really salty and putting too much oil.. maybe it’s a personal thing. Many collections of drinks, friendly staff, a great place for dinner. 40-60 euro person

Overall, I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is cozy and vibey whether it's a date night for dinner with friends. They have a great selection of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and what I appreciated was that the non-alc drinks still looked like a fancy cocktail. It's refreshing to see places do this because you still feel fancy even if you don't want alcohol. We did the shared tapas platter which was yummy and interactive, however what I didn't like, was that it was all fried items. They have such an array of tapas that it would be nice to have a variety of textures in the shared platter. Altho, they did have a nice mango salad included, something steamed would have also added to a nice balance. (reason for me 4 stars) We had the pad thai for our main course which was so good. I've been to Thailand and am very picky about this dish as I tried that the most while on my trip and I would say this dish was pretty nail on he head. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure periodically that we were OK and if we needed anything which in my optinion as an American is great hospitality.

Serious Thai restaurant in Munich. The sauce in the Edamame is from another world.

The price-value ratio was a bit ridiculous at this place. Even for Munich, one does not get a salad for 15 euro and have it be the size of a small bowl. Entrees are also unbelievably over priced for the less than standard size. In terms of taste, the food was usually quite underseasoned and underbalanced. For Thai food, you expect a balance of acid and spiciness with the sweetness. Here, even “spicy” foods only taste sweet. The soft crab dish was unbearably sweet, cannot recommend. Drinks are also very small for the price.

Amazing food but very slow service, even for the entrees.

I love this Thai place, ordered something too spicy and could not eat it, they replaced it with something less spicy and didn’t even charge anything. The foods were great with nice homemade drinks.

It was not Thai, not friendly and not good. Good location and tastefully decorated to look Thai. Edit: This was the review from my Thai wife. It was not about the Panang, but had it been a Thai restaurant they would have given me some with no questions asked. The duck was overcooked and too dry. It needed Panang.

Lovely food in a traditional family atmosphere. Getting a bit dated but the owners make up for it

One of the best Thai restaurants I've been to outside Thailand, hands down. The Bavarian meats and wine list add a wonderful local kick.

The food as absolutely amazing. The lunch menu is not too expensive and definitely with the price. No complaints about the service either. I highly recommend this restaurant and if you like spicy food, you must try the green curry as its the best green curry I have had an munich so far. They accept card payments as well. I will be returning to try other dishes soon.

Food and service were really nice, location a bit less since we had cars passing quite close given we were on the side walk.
