My husband and I have been craving decent milkshakes for months so decided to try this American Diner. We did not leave disappointed. Milkshakes are super tasty and very traditional so we ended up having 2 each. - my favourite was the Jones Special made with Eggnog liqueur. Starters are tasty and come with really nice dipping sauces, the burgers are really delicious and the fries are done perfectly (crispy outside and fluffy inside). There are 3 vegan burger options available and it's scrumptious! The beef burger patties are also cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and attentive, our dog was received with a very warm welcome and was given a water bowl for the evening. Only thing that wasn't too great for us was the music being a tad loud as we sat right by the speaker and we left smelling like deep dried onions, because the whole restaurant smokes up when something is fried. So ventilation in that sense isn't great. But nonetheless, definitely recommended for good food and good service!

If you are looking gor an American style cuisine, burger, sandwich and cheicken wings, this place is strongly recommended. Jones burger was exactly my taste, it was spicy and they served with a shot of milk to be tolerated. The sandwiches were also really delicious but the bread itself was too big. Staffs are really friendly, I will definitely come back for spicy jones burger.

As someone who loves american ambiente and style, this place was just great! Lovely interior, great menu (a bit on the pricier side though but tasty) and friendly 'n motivated staff. Can‘t wait to come again to try some other food. :D

❤️** OUT OF THIS WORLD burgers!!!! Truly these burgers are the best I have ever tasted in Europe or Stateside!!! The Diner is spotless and great decor!!! Excellent quality meat, nothing is greasy and you can taste the freshness. Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. LOVED IT ❤️❤️❤️

DON'T THINK TWICE, GO!!! If you like the American vibe, ideal for you. I am delighted, the food is great, I haven't eaten such good burgers in a long time. Definitely worth your money. The staff is very kind. We walked in without a reservation, but you can also call to make one. Definitely coming back here!!! 🤤🤤🤤

Absolutely fabulous! I come from the US and have been living in Germany for 11 years. Best and mist authentic American style food/ experience I've had here. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends :) two thumbs up, highly recommend 👌

This was a true representation of an American diner. The pin up girls on the wall and even the music they played just portrayed the kind of ambiance you would want to hear surrounded by. The food was great and portion size is very good. A little more salt would be good on the meat but overall I had a great time. Kudos to the serves on the Thursday night shift of 01/02/2024 they were soo kind and sweet towards us. I will defo come back again.

Quite heavy heartedly, I had to strip one star away from Jones. The place is great with a very nice vibe and decoration and food is amazing. Burgers, starters, sauces, milk shakes... 🍔🍦I haven't tried anything with an OK taste here, everything was great! Why not 5 stars then? The smell! The frying smell sticks on you and not getting away! Somehow the ventilation system is no help and after 30 minutes sitting there it is for sure that you have to put everything to the washing machine (down to your underwear) and need a shower. Maybe this can be improved easily and then a definite 5 stars from me.

Give this one a miss. Prices on outside menu are lower than inside menu :/ BLT and fries for €15 (with tip) is too much.

I loved the food! Everything was super tasty! Huge burgers and crispy fries. The staff is very nice and helpful. Dining there is like going back in time. The seating, the music, the uniforms, it all screams 60's. It's wonderful and a great time out! Try it!

Just amazing, everything from the management, the service, and of course - food was top-notch here. Located in the city center too, and has a real old-school American diner vibe. The lady who runs the place was also very kind. Their hot chocolate is a must-try item!

A nice American atmosphere surrounds this place, and I guess that’s worth enough reason to visit it. I also liked the menu style - it’s quite refreshing, especially after seeing outdated old-looking menus at German restaurants. We ordered two long burgers with beef steaks meat. I took a spicy one for 15.5 EUR, but God please, don’t repeat my mistake. The bun and burger were so spicy that I could only finish a half of it, and my mouth was literally burning so much that I got a pain in my stomach even. I told the waiter that they gotta put a mark in the menu regarding that, since there was none ( contrary to some other burgers ). Apart from that, I liked the place: it’s a pity I couldn’t enjoy my burger though..

Amazing American diner with great food. The mozzarella sticks appetizer is great and the home made salsa served with it is great. The chicken burger is amazing, super juicy and tender and had great taste but the best thing for me was the sweat-inducing chilly Philadelphia steak. Omg it's so spicy but so so good. Recommended!!! Also, the staff are lovely and especially lilly which was super nice to us!

The original vibe and burnt oil scent has a star of its own here. Attentive friendly very good service. Ok overpriced burgers.

Food was delicious and the ambience was great and on point with relation to the theme of the restaurant. However, my only minor gripe would be that the portion of fries was maybe a bit too small for an American diner. Besides that, everything was perfect. The waitress was kind and gentle whilst the burger was one of the best I've ever tasted.

Coll place with fun atmosphere. The food was pretty good, I tried the cheese steak sandwich. The only downside is that the kitchen is kinda connected to the seating area so we absorbed some frying oil smell while sitting there. Service was pretty good and overall a nice experience. Can get crowded on weekends

Everything was tasty!!! Just a few blocks from the hotel, but well worth it! We walked in, and a lot of the tables were reserved. They open at 5 pm, so make a reservation! It was awesome!

The Ambience and Vibe was amazing, great service, Burgers were okay, not very extraordinary....Shakes were pretty thick and delicious.

The food is really good and the service is excellent. I've had a wonderful time at Jones diner and rediscovered the joy of a good meal. If you want a great burger, this is the place. I got goosebumps. What a lucky find!

You can taste the America in the center of Munich! It need a bit of renovation by the way!

Ambiance is attractive and peaceful. Ordered from the menu and found the taste extraordinary. Speed of serving is also good as they serve the food within 15 minutes. Overall experience is good.

This is not an American restaurant. You have to wait 1 hour to get a table. Better reserve beforehand. Food is alright. Service is great. But two people aren’t enough. Would probably go again and try some more milkshakes and their steaks

Juicy crunchy chicken wings. Better than KFC. Great sweet potato fries! And down to Earth staff. The only reason it's 4/5 stars is because the sauce was a generic BBQ. I guess it's pretty difficult to find a homemade American wing sauce.

Loved this place! As an American I’d say this place got it right, all the food was amazing. I had the chicken fingers and the fries, both tasted amazing. The fries were the best I’ve had so far from Berlin/Munich. Would come here again if I could.

When you enter, you think you stepped into the Twilight Zone and are back in the 70s in the the USA. The diner is a perfect replica of a US diner. It is so pleasing to the eye. The food is fantastic and the workers there are very nice, and speak English. Bring your phone because you will want to take pictures.

very good american diner, be aware the portions are massive. if you go for the mixed starter with a milkshake you won't have space for the main. the shakes are so thick you can't drink em through the straw. our lovely waiter (lucky) was very friendly and definetly transferred that typically american vibe.

We ordered 2 burgers. The cheese (beef) burger was good but the crispy chicken wasn't too good and a little dry. Staff were nice and the decor was very fun!

An interesting take on a 50s American Diner in Munich. The staff was friendly. The restaurant may have been out of marinara, but they served salsa with the mozzarella sticks. Marinara is the standard for this classic side though I tried the salsa, which paired okay. Food was okay, fries were really good though.

Good burgers for a good price. Nice appetizers too. The traditional American diner decor and vibe is nice touch (like the little USA flag they plant on their burgers).
