Unfortunately
I
bought
a
Tchibo
Mobile
SIM
card
here,
and
I
regret
it
very
much.
The
annoyance
was
not
long
in
coming,
first
I
was
not
sent
any
invoices,
then
I
simply
converted
my
contract
into
prepaid
without
being
asked
and
misappropriated
my
paid
bills
and
simply
booked
as
prepaid
credit.
But
these
are
old
camels,
the
new
anger
against
it
is
current.
I
have
bought
a
Tchibo
daily
flat
rate
twice
in
the
past
few
weeks,
which
is
widely
advertised
on
the
Internet.
You
get
a
flat
rate
for
the
Internet
until
8:00
the
next
day.
Interestingly
enough,
however,
my
complete
credit
was
withdrawn.
So
I
called
the
Tchibo
customer
hotline
(my
standards
according
to
criminal
standards).
As
a
greeting
you
are
snapped
straight
away:
"My
name
is
Svenkohlbacher,
please
give
us
your
mobile
number!"
-
No
greeting,
no
nothing,
and
whether
you
really
need
the
number
or
not,
they
couldn't
be
a
simple
question.
Since
I
myself
managed
a
call
center
and
I
am
a
specialist,
I
was
of
course
not
shocked
by
something
like
that
-
although
there
would
be
no
such
behavior
for
me,
bad
customer
service
is
unfortunately
the
rule
at
other
companies
(such
as
Tchibo).
The
employees
are
poorly
trained
by
the
customer
hotline
and
apparently
are
not
checked.
Know-it-all,
rude,
constantly
interrupting
you,
refusing
to
listen
to
important
facts,
queuing
customers
without
being
asked
and
simply
hanging
up
when
they
have
no
plan
(and
apparently
this
is
always
the
case).
In
any
case,
I
found
out
there
that
the
daily
flat
rate
was
actually
no
longer
available,
but
it
was
still
bookable
due
to
a
system
error.
However,
it
was
changed
(without
mentioning
it
anywhere)
so
that
it
is
deactivated
five
minutes
after
midnight
and
then
the
credit
is
withdrawn
from
the
card
at
lightning
speed.
20
euros
are
gone
in
no
time.
The
flat
is
still
active
until
8:00
a.m.
-
if
there
is
no
credit
left,
you
can
continue
surfing
at
a
reduced
speed.
And
at
8:00
you
get
a
text
message
that
the
flat
is
no
longer
active
and
you
can
surf
at
the
standard
rate
from
now
on.
All
of
this
interested
customer
service
in
a
damp
mess.
It
was
always
said:
In
the
system
is
...
In
the
system
is
...
In
the
system
...
So
really,
what
is
in
the
system
I
know
myself,
after
all,
I
am
the
customer
who
performed
the
"services".
I
consider
such
behavior
to
be
fraudulent.
The
inefficient
customer
service
department
was
unable
or
unable
to
provide
me
with
an
address
to
which
I
can
complain
in
writing.
The
cost
that
Tchibos
scam
caused
me
is
just
under
€
40
-
not
to
mention
the
time
and
the
hassle.
Customer
service

(Original)
Ich
habe
hier
leider
mal
eine
Tchibo
Mobil
SIM
Karte
gekauft,
und
das
bereue
ich
sehr.
Der
Ärger
lies
nicht
lange
auf
sich
warten,
erst
hat
man
mir
keine
Rechnungen
zugeschickt,
dann
einfach
ungefragt
meinen
Vertrag
in
Prepaid
umgewandelt
und
dabei
auch
gleich
meine
bezahlten
Rechnungen
veruntreut
und
als
einfach
als
Prepaid-Guthaben
gebucht.
Aber
das
sind
olle
Kamellen,
der
neue
Ärger
dagegen
ist
aktuell.
Ich
habe
in
den
letzten
Wochen
zweimal
eine
Tchibo
Tagesflat
gekauft,
die
im
Internet
groß
beworben
wird,
man
bekommt
bis
zum
nächsten
Tag
8:00
eine
flatrate
fürs
Internet.
Interessanterweise
wurde
aber
mir
aber
trotzdem
mein
komplettes
Guthaben
abgezogen.
Also
habe
ich
bei
der
(meinen
Maßstäben
nach
kriminellen)
Kundenhotline
von
Tchibo
angerufen.
Da
wird
man
zur
Begrüssung
gleich
mal
angeschnauzt:
"Mein
Name
ist
Svenkohlbacher,
bitte
nennen
Sie
mit
ihre
Mobilfunknummer!"
-
Keine
Begrüssung,
kein
Nichts,
und
ob
man
die
Nummer
überhaupt
braucht
oder
nicht
ist
denen
auch
egal,
könnte
ja
eine
ganz
simple
Frage
sein.
Da
ich
selbst
ein
Call
Center
geleitet
habe
und
vom
Fach
bin,
schockte
mich
so
etwas
natürlich
nicht
-
bei
mir
gäbe
es
so
ein
Verhalten
zwar
auf
keinen
Fall,
aber
bei
anderen
Firmen
(wie
Tchibo)
ist
schlechter
Kundenservice
leider
die
Regel.
Auch
sonst
sind
die
Mitarbeiter
von
der
Kundenhotline
mieserabel
ausgebildet
und
werden
anscheinend
nicht
kontrolliert.
Besserwisserisch,
unhöflich,
unterbrechen
einen
dauernd,
weigern
sich
wichtige
Fakten
anzuhören,
legen
den
Kunden
ungefragt
in
Warteschleifen
und
hängen
einfach
auf,
wenn
sie
keinen
Plan
mehr
haben
(und
das
ist
anscheinend
immer
der
Fall).
Jedenfalls
habe
ich
dort
dann
erfahren,
dass
man
die
Tagesflat
eigentlich
gar
nicht
mehr
anbieten
will,
sie
wegen
einem
Systemfehler
aber
noch
buchbar
ist.
Allerdings
habe
man
sie
(ohne
das
irgendwo
zu
erwähnen)
so
geändert,
dass
sie
fünf
Minuten
nach
Mitternacht
deaktiviert
wird
und
dann
in
Windeseile
das
Guthaben
von
der
Karte
abgezogen
wird.
20
Euro
sind
da
ruckzuck
weg.
Die
Flat
ist
aber
noch
aktiv
bis
8:00
Morgens
-
ist
kein
Guthaben
mehr
vorhanden
kann
man
mit
gedrosselter
Geschindigkeit
weitersurfen.
Und
um
8:00
kriegt
man
eine
SMS,
dass
die
Flat
nun
nicht
mehr
aktiv
ist,
und
man
ab
sofort
zum
Standardtarif
aurft.
All
das
interessierte
den
Kundendienst
einen
feuchten
Dreck.
Es
hiess
immer:
Im
System
steht...
Im
System
steht...
Im
System
steht...
Also
echt,
was
im
System
steht
weiss
ich
selber,
ich
bin
schließlich
der
Kunde,
der
die
"Leistungen"
getätigt
hat.
Ein
solches
Verhalten
werte
ich
als
betrügerische
Absicht.
Eine
Adresse
bei
der
ich
mich
schriftlich
beschweren
kann,
wollte
oder
konnte
mir
der
unfähigen
Kundendienst
auch
nicht
mitteilen.
Die
Kosten,
die
Tchibos
Betrugsmasche
mir
versursacht
hat,
liegen
bei
knapp
40€
-
Ganz
zu
schweigen
von
der
Zeit
und
dem
Ärger.
