One of the worst shopping experience at this very C&A store near Marienplatz. I have purchased few clothes from this store and after I came out of it and went further ahead, suddenly 2 guys came and stopped me. They asked me show my bag and asked for receipts. It took me sometime to realize what is happening and why some stranger is asking me to show my shopping bag and receipt. Even after showing the receipts, they tried to snatch my shopping bag and receipt to which I resisted. Then, they man-handled me to the side of the store and thinking me as robber and threatening me of police. Later, after cross checking receipt details with shopping items, they returned my shopping bag and receipt. But they have not even apologized for their unruly behavior. This whole experience has offended me in a bad manner and I would give this less than 1 star rating. Also, I am not visit this place ever and not recommending it to anyone as they don't treat their customer with respect.

Huge C&A store, large variety of clothes and fair prices! We found a Dirndl for a very good price and high quality just before the Oktoberfest kicked off while most of the other stores were overpriced. C&A also works with Payback points so thats a great way to get some extra points as there are usually also some coupons going on.

Great place to buy kids clothing and accessories. There is also good variety in women and men clothing and accessories.

Had visited many C&A, and this was my worst experience. Obviously, I can't speak German, while I do not expect you to try to accommodate, but please do not shout at me. Was shouted by a cashier probably asking my mode of payment, when I was holding my credit card ! Terrible

This store is a good place. If you love shopping every month. Because the quality of the clothes is also not too good. But you get clothes at low prices. I visited this store but I am more like people who buy only good quality.👍

Because of its prime location and wide choice of clothes, I have been going to this particular c&a for 6 years, normally there is nothing to complain about. However today, the woman/ cashier/ person in charge at the ground floor cashier was a real turn off. I don't want to use the word bxxxh, but she is a real one. Not only has she no smiles at all, but she is REALLY rude to customers. No wonder there are so many negative reviews about staffing in this c&a. If the human resources or the customer relations team of c&a ever read customer's opinion here on Google, you can also contact me directly to learn about my negative experience at your shop today. I was a happy customer for 6 years until today, but with this customer service, it's time to say goodbye to C&A. No customers should be insulted by a service provider.

Today I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life here at this C&A Departement Store. The lady working at the cash register was absolutely rude to me just because I chose to buy a new package of tank tops and not a ripped-open one. And then when I was about to leave, the security person stopped me at the door accusing me of shoplifting. I was dragged through the entire bottom floor of the store to their room where they were monitoring everything. They emptied my bag and even forced me to take of my clothes for them to check if I was hiding something. It was clear that I wasn‘t hiding anything and they were doing that out of boredom. I‘m never coming back again especially because they were trying eagerly to make me falsely confess.

I like shopping here because they have a wide selection of clothes at affordable prices. The shop itself is very nice, and I always enjoy my visits. Whenever I go to the toilet on the third floor, the person there is usually quite rude. During my visit today, as I approached the toilet entrance, the person there started pressuring me to give him money. I didn't want to give any money because the same person had been rude to me before as well. I asked if it was necessary to pay, but he began shouting at me, saying he didn't understand what I was saying. I tried explaining in both English and German, then he reluctantly allowed me to go in only after my repeated attempts.

I don't like behavior of the personels there. A smile doesn't kill, and even she asked me to remove headphones despite the fact that it was off and I could hear her well. A good store with a occasional amazing discount, but I'm not thrilled to visit there to enjoy shopping.

Accidentally stumbled across this store - and love the selection of items. So excited for what I found and the prices are really great. Cashier was lovely as we replaced some items.

surprisingly good. I buy clothes there for myself and my children. Baby and children's clothes of excellent quality. Women's clothing is generally good quality, sometimes there are disappointments. Jeans for women absolutely unmatched in quality and price. A very big bonus is the range of sizes, there is a department for large sizes, but even in the regular department you can find fashionable, trendy and flattering clothes up to size 48 and even 50

To be honest, literally one of the best shops in Munich. A lot of cool clothes, not too expensive, but the only one disadvantage is quality :< actually, sometimes it's not good enough. But anyways, I would recommend C&A! My fav shop for buying clothes and jewelry ;3

Very rude employees.yesterday while my parents were at the cashier I was waiting next to them with my baby and his stroller.the baby was anxious but not crying and the “lady” at the cashier asked me to go out!!we were at babies’ section at the basement. I will probably follow the legal way..these behaviors are unacceptable.

Good collection worth decent quality at reasonable prices. From time to time they have awesome discounts.. Up to 80% off... What else do you need? Do visit this when you are around.

I always prefer C&A to buy clothes for my kids and me.Also they have wide range of Accessories. For Children they have loads and loads of dresses and Accessories. Hats, mittens, winter Accessories.

Conveniently loctaed in Marienplatz, this C&A is a large store for buying cloths for men and women at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Big store with a lot of clothing options, but limited size options (i had trouble finding sizes S and XS). Their recycled cotton wear are super comfortable.

They were before closing time and my husband was on an upper floor waiting in line to pay at the cash. I knew they were closing soon but I was just looking to go up to the cash with my husband. I went on the first floor and they started yelling that the store is closing and I should go out. I explained the situation but they still did not let me go one floor up. Then I went downstairs to wait near the exit and the same woman told me to go outside again, when I explained AGAIN that I am just waiting for my husband to pay and I will leave. She then went to another person she pointed her finger at me and told the person something, both looking at me and talking. Then that person (who I guess was a manager of some sort) started coming to me staring at me suspiciously. Luckily my husband then came down so we could leave, otherwise I would have to explain myself again that I am just waiting and I will leave in a minute. This is the WORST customer experience ever!! They made me feel like a thief and treated me very badly! I am NEVER returning to this store again! I dont want to see those judgey faces again in my life!
