The waiter pushed me to give tips and tried to make me uncomfortable. Beers was good but waiters should be less direct and rude.

Enjoyed my beer and fresh salad and bread. Enjoyed watching all the market visitors while eating.

Food and service was good but the staff was extremely rude. Plates are very small so if you are really hungry keep walking.

If you are tourist, walking around Munich railway station & hungry, then this is one of the best places to visit.

We were there during Oktoberfest, so you can imagine the rush of people... still the staff was very, very nice, the atmosphere was cheery. The food was ok, simple and well made, nothing fancy but tasty and fresh. Paulaner did not disappoint!

Perfect place to soak in the atmosphere of the Viktualienmarkt and enjoy some Weisswurst (white veal sausage) and Weizenbier (wheat beer) with a pretzel of course. I found the waiter friendly. It’s obvious people are annoyed about only paying in cash, this is 2023!

We were on a vacation and happened to visit this place without any expectations, also we were looking to try some Bavarian specialities. Honestly, best Käse Spätzle and Weißwurst ever. Especially with that authentic mustard sauce! We were over the moon after having this. This place was way too crowded when we went on a Friday afternoon so we had to share our table with another couple. Otherwise, Quick service, great staffs and good vibes. I would love to visit your guys again next time when I’m in Munich!

Exreamly bad service! Do not go there! My daughter felt sick and dirsty. We sit down at a sunny table. We ordered drinks. In the meantime a table became free in the shaded area. We moved to that table. The waiter asked us to move back or they won't serve us anything. We wanted to leave. BUT! They asked us to pay for the drinks, which we never got!! They were agressive, negative, very unfriendly. We were hungry, dirsty with two kids.

Great place to eat if you are doing the sightseeing, since it is close to everything. Local food, tastes good. Wait times are low even though the place is well visited. Prices are low- main course and 0.5 l of Paulaner beer €13. This is a very unassuming place in the middle of the market, yet still enclosed and heated (in winter time).

I really love the schnitzel. service is quite limit but the serving is not taking too long. You have to wait for waiters for a while...
