Dr. Kurz ist ein hervorragender Arzt und ich habe mich in dieser Klinik sowohl ärztlich als auch pflegerisch sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das OP-Ergebnis war absolut erfreulich, die Naht war sehr schön gesetzt und ich konnte mich schnell erholen. Die Klinik als solches hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, die Zimmer sind sehr einladend und das Essen hat mir gut geschmeckt! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

I felt really well taken care of and not at all like I was just a way for them to make money. Every staff that I encountered was incredibly nice and welcoming. The nurse took such good care of me while waking up from surgery and the doctor and anesthesiologist answered all my questions and took time for me and explaining the procedure in detail. Am OP-Tag 2 Stunden Wartezeit, dann erst die Info, dass das benötigte Material (Goldnetz) nicht da ist, gefolgt vom Versuch, mich spontan zu einem anderen Verfahren zu überreden. Als der Satz „Mädel, schalt dein Hirn ein“ fiel, bin ich (Mädel kurz vor den Wechseljahren) gegangen. Eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Ich wünschte, ich wäre nie dort gewesen.

Sehr negative Erfahrung Praxis Dr. Pfützenreuter! Mir wurde ein vereinbarter Termin ein Tag vorher abgesagt, trotz meiner vorhandenen Schmerzen. Ein neuer Termin wurde mir zwei Tage später angeboten, für den ich in der Arbeit extra frei nehmen musste. Nach einstündiger Fahrt war ich pünktlich in der Praxis, wo mir dann mitgeteilt wurde, dass der Termin erneut verschoben werden müsste, da der Arzt die Praxis wegen eines angeblich geschäftlichen Termins bereits verlassen habe und von der Gemeinschaftspraxis auch kein anderer Arzt mehr im Haus wäre (Donnerstag nachmittag 15Uhr). Man hielt es nicht einmal für nötig mich telefonisch über die erneute Terminabsage vorher zu informieren, um mir den einstündigen Weg zu ersparen. Es spielte auch keine Rolle, ob ich Beschwerden habe oder nicht. Dieser Umgang mit einer Patientin, die Schmerzen hat und sich frei nehmen muss für den Termin, ist respektlos und für mich indiskutabel. Diese Praxis werde ich sicher nicht mehr betreten.
