Worst shop assistant ever, this guy was so rude and had a very remarkable passive-aggressive attitude from the beginning. I just hope he doesn’t have to deal with a person like him in his life. Obviously I will never come back and I would never recommend this shop to a friend. The online shop could be a better option though.

The sales ladies were quite useless. I wanted a top in a size that was not on the rack but I saw that the mannequin probably had that size on. So I asked if they could let me see the one on the mannequin. The lady said straight away she couldn’t do it. I suspect she didn’t want to trouble herself. Isn’t it better to sell that piece than keep it on the mannequin? I shop at high end stores and they are able to do the exact same things so why can’t a mid range store do the same? Customer service in Germany is really so bad. Can’t get use to it even after 10years here.

Nice clothes, but rude consultants. Assaulting verbal & non-verbal behavior (tone of voice, arrogant manner of speech, facial expressions) I read other reviews, and realized that it is a repetitive problem. Especially at the moment of a goods return.

My favorite closing shop in Munich. Just really like their style! It's in a nice location also basically the main shopping area in Munich. They also have quite often sales.

Very good Scandinavian store for women. Large selection of stylish clothes, shoes and accessories. Good make up goods, perfumes and many different products for body care. Very good quality of every items, whether it a dress or a body scrub. Everything is very fashionable, modern and minimalistic. The store itself is very beautiful, cozy and well organized, a lot of attention is paid to the details of the design and convenience of customers. A magnificent piece of Stockholm in Munich 💛

Came on a girls holiday to experience German culture and cuisine. I was initially anxious about the language barrier as I only speak English. Whilst in Munich, I stumbled across & all other stories as I recognised the brand from my local Bristol shop. I was thrilled with delight as I entered the shop to find the very helpful staff assisting me in English. I purchased my goods and was very happy and serene leaving the shop as I received my high quality items and the customer service provided was above and beyond my expectations!!

I came to shop all the way from UK, a bit afraid about the saff not being able to fully understand or help with my choice but I turned out to be completely wrong! Lovely service, really helpful staff and, obviously, inviting and high-quality clothes! Defo will come back to this shop again while visiting amazing Munich :DD

I have to give a negative review because the guy at the till was very unpolite. he showed rude and disrespectful attitudes towards me and others. I have read other reviews and it seems that several other customers have had similar experiences. I do not recommend going to buy there to avoid being treated badly.

Great shop! I had a little issue with the blouse I bought which I didn't notice at first. So I came back to the shop and asked if it's possible to change it or to do refund. Everyone was nice and attentive and changed the blouse for the same but without that issue. That was really really nice and customer friendly

Big variety, lovely staff and not that crowded because it’s not on the main Highstreet. The label is amazing, they sell well-made clothing in good quality which is still affordable. Style is a bit more modern than H&M itself. Total recommendation if you haven’t been there yet!

Don't expect any product on the shelves to have any price tags on them. Now that would have been acceptable if the items sold were as expensive as handmade Swiss watches, yet they are not. One small additional detail that bothered me: please use noise absorption on the stairs. Not everyone wears squishy sneakers, and someone going down the stairs with high heels sounds like there's construction going on on the upper floor.
