Dieses mal wurde ich sehr höflich gebeten, am nächsten Tag bis 14 Uhr erneut vorbei zu kommen, die Mitarbeiterin könne den Umtausch selbst nicht vornehmen. Kundenbetreuung auf wirklich aller niedrigstem Level, und das wegen 7 Packungen Espresso im Gesamtwert von 22,40 €. Wäre ich in diesem Laden Verantwortlich, würde ich dem Kunden kurzerhand 7 neue Packungen Kaffee mitgeben und mich kurz entschuldigen, die Sache wäre erledigt. Kurz zusammengefasst: Ein fast 80 jähriger Mann wird abgewiesen, weil er die Produkte "auch online" gekauft haben könnte, ich als Kunde soll am nächsten Tag erneut im Laden vorbeikommen, und zwar zu Zeiten in denen normale Menschen selbst arbeiten müssen.
