We went to the store to try some of the jackets and ask about the different models before making decisions on what to buy. We left the store with so much new information and big smiles just from the exemplary customer service we received. Big kudos to Carolina who answered so many questions and offered us great recommendations. It was one of the best customer services experiences we've had in a very long while.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a very nice and pleasant shopping experience. The atmosphere here is very good during the week and also on weekends. The advice was excellent and we were able to decide on the right jacket. They took a lot of time and kept checking to see if there was another product or colour that could suit you better. I had wanted a Canada Goose jacket for many years and finally decided to take the plunge. I knew the quality of the product was going to be exemplary, what I hadn’t counted on was the service to match. I was incredibly well looked after by Karla, who took the experience to a whole new level. I tried on different sizes, was offered refreshments while I shopped and advised perfectly on what suited me - all without any pressure at all. I cannot recommend this store enough!

First time in the store here in Munich and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Karla was so attentive and helpful - offering different styles and colors and actually listened to the concerns I had and provided solutions. The other personnel were also very friendly and offered snacks and water while we were looking around and trying on jackets. Honestly one of the few high end places with the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. I was assisted but a very kind and friendly employee who took his time, really listened and understood what it was I was looking for. His approach to customer service, which I saw with the other sales representatives in the store as well is why I would always go back to shop in this particular store.
