Used to love shopping here until one day I decided to go into the store to buy some new items for my summer wardrobe. Unfortunately the sales associate looked me up and down and told me that I don’t look like I can afford what I was asking for. Will no longer be shopping there ever again which is unfortunate since I always liked the store. Luckily there are different Ralph Lauren stores to shop at around the world 😆. I’m still gonna give them 2 stars because I like the brand but if I would have to give this store a rating it would be 0 stars.

Staff was rude, betting on whether we would buy anything based on our looks. Laughing among themselves when we decided to leave the store.

I was running a little late in running to catch the U bahn, but found the time to shop in one of my favorite stores. The selection was one that was different from the choices we have state-side. I purchased to Polo Bear items that I fell in love with. The staff was friendly, helpful, and conducted all business in English. I'm glad that I made time to shop here in Munich.

Very friendly customer service, but the variety was really poor on the options, not what I expected for the Ralph Lauren of Munich, 5 stars for the friendly staff though 👍

Für das Geld, das man dort lässt, wird man wirklich gut bedient =) Atmosphäre wie im Wohnzimmer bei jemandem. Personal sehr nett, bis auf eine Kollegin 40-50 Jahre alt, die dir gleich mit den Augen vorrechnet, wie viel Geld dein Look kostet und ob du High Society bist. Nicht cool!

Just bad. Don't go in there and buy RL somewhere else!

Toller Laden, super Stil. Aber nützt alles nichts, wenn das Personal nicht bis auf 3 zählen kann. Habe meine Einkäufe als Geschenk einpacken lassen und das erste was die Beschenkte zu sehen bekam, war der Preis. Beratung war leider auch nicht besonders aufmerksam. Geht besser. 5 Sterne für den schönen Laden.

Sehr enttäuscht! Die alte Dame war sehr unhöflich obwohl wir Sachen kaufen wollten, am Ende gabs die Farbe vom Pullover nicht und auf einmal fand uns die Verkäuferin ‚komisch‘ weil wir keine andere Farbe kaufen wollten Nie wieder dort einkaufen noch nie so eine unhöfliche Mitarbeiterin getroffen!

Mein liebster RL Store in Deutschland, weil er so gemütlich, cosy und trotzdem elegant ist und die Maximilianstraße einfach so traditionell. Personal freundlich
