On June 17, 2023 at about 5.45pm I visited SMART BAZAAR, Manapakkam. I was very hungry and fearing hypoglycemia condition. Quickly I picked a packet of DATES-Lions from the shelf and paid Rs. 99 using GPAY. The officer at the counter was helplessly starring at the computer screen since it was not displaying the credit confirmation. I requested to meet the Manager and Mr Thameem came to resolve the issue. He verified my mobile instrument displaying the confirmation of Rs 99 transaction. Thereafter he again looked at the store computer monitor and informed me that he was helpless and cannot allow me to take the Lion Dates Dry fruits and instead would raise a credit reversal note. I felt totally cheated since I was not allowed to own a product even after paying the cost. Digital India still remains a dream in SB. This unfriendly and unacceptable inhumane behavior of the officers of SB needs training in customer service and humanity. I have also attached a copy of the credit note issued by the respected manager.

This store is pathetic to say the least!. Its anything but SMART. Horrible experiences. Am writing this review here after exhausting options of giving direct feedbacks on each occasion I had been there. No improvement. Maintaining adequate stock of even routine and essential provisions is something alien to the store manager. One must walk the entire store to find some help. You can see only bags of capacity 1 kg near the containers of Rice, Pulses, Sugar and the like which you have to take to the weighing counter. To buy 5 kg 'rice' one must take 5 bags. Waste of time and efforts. Fruits and Vegetables always appear to be sub standard. The very sight of them prevents you from buying. After all the ordeal, even if you end up buying something, you reach cash counters where you do NOT find anyone to bill the items! My appeal to RELIANCE is, PLEASE VACATE THE SPACE!

Understaffed and no one is there to resolve the customer issues as the manager(as they introduced themselves) itself is busy with either handling the customer or in the billing counter. Mostly only 1 bill counter is working due to insufficient billing staff. Product prices and offers are not updated with the manufacturer offers and product updates. There is Rs. 10 difference in product under 100 mrp compared to competitors rate. Overall cleanliness and appearance is good.

A wide shopping place, discounts available on products, new brands noticed. Parking is spacious. Outside the exit , chat , fresh juices, milkshakes, waffles available at reasonable price. Donation box available for old wearable cloths, blankets etc Checkout is faster than expected. Supportable staff.

Most of the time many materials that we would like to purchase are not available. Discounts are their on most of the products but they pale in comparison to what we get in DMart. Still the store has been maintained in good and tidy condition

Good grocery shopping place, still student stationery availability needs to be improved. Availability of minimum and low price protects need improvement.

Placed a home delivery on 28th nov but still didn't recieve the delivery.

Noiceee... Good offers. Almost saved 1500 on shopping for 4k. Lots of varities. Wide varity of vegetables are available. Five star for the variety of products available like groceries, plastic products like boxes and chairs, electronics like iron and washing machine under one roof. They also have a ramp where you can slide up your grocery cart which was a nice touch!
