It's a 5 -10 year old place. Houses have decent architecture. It's a good usage of space. They have a swimming pool, library, meditation room with TT/carrom boards. Maintenance charges are around 2500 but you have a round the clock maintenance staff+decent amenities so I guess it isn't that bad. The thing I dislike the most here is Pigeons! But it is bound to happen when there are window AC slots and no window ACs anymore. House rents vary from 17K and upwards depending on your owner and what the house has to offer.

Lot of mosquitoes, congested parking and no air inside the flats. It has the advantage of its proximity from offices like L&T and DLF. Parking is in the ground floor but in reality it is the basement. There is a small swimming pool also.

Best place to stay.. good ambiance... Good vibes...

It was a very attractive place to live when newly constructed. But now due to metro work going on on the main road are diverted and the adjacent road is severely affected. Even for small rain, pools of water stagnated. As for the apartment, it's good. But fully submerged up to the first floor in one of the worst flood in Chennai

Located opposite to The first school. Well maintained community, has good parking facility.

Good! But no parking for guests

Not much of sports amenities in this community, security is impressive however the property is old. Young families better go to a newly constructed community otherwise for retired families this is good.
