This apartment is builted in manapakkam near to porur and ramapuram junction. The height is limited with only 4 floor and indivudual luxury villas also. Very clean ,24 hrs security, one swimming pool ,garden and childrens park. The east side officers training academy and the south back side of chennai international airport. Good place for home stay.

I've known this place right from the time it was just a 5 acre land with cluster of trees. It has turned up very well. Casa grand as builder had compromised on quality in few places however overall experience was good. Community is wonderful with great views and very peaceful. You can even spot peacocks atimes.

Casa Grande residential project located in Manapakkam near Ramapuram signal. They have grown fast and the brand value has increased in several folds. It’s costly as brands are always costly but still worth the money you invest . This property is a Best Buy and the near to the airport. Value for money 💰

Good community... to live. People are nice and Association is effective. 👏 But in construction, hollow blocks used in place of red bricks, by builder... Which has been a huge issue - when we try to drill the wall for carpentry or electrical jobs.

This is a nice apartment, as long as you don't have any issues with FM Lakshmanan. If you have a problem with him, your car might get scratched, and your two-wheeler seat might be damaged. Besides that, it's a good place.

Please do check many time before buying from CG. Smart Town project till now registration not happened even EB also not in our name . Poor quality many things . we are suffer Like anything. Curtains rods can’t be hold ,seepages issued etc . They sold us property by knowing that patta issue going in
