Fantastic Feathers. Unexpected enjoyable stay with family after a long flight from UK. Blessing in disguise we have been asked to stay at this hotel after reaching Chennai and we loved the stay. Interior decor is beautiful with colourful themes. Bedroom is spacious with well equipped facilities. Loved the bath tub and bed. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this one is the best among rest. Customer service was excellent, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Food was one of the best provided during our stay. My kids enjoyed running around and view was awesome from the room when the sun was shining. Haven’t used the pool but would sure visit again and highly recommend for everyone.

We had dinner at Waterside restaurant at Feathers Hotel. It was buffet and good choice of variety food. Many Veg/NonVeg starters which was delicious. Customer service was very good. Soothing Ambiance. Good place for family and team dining. Valet parking available.

Good, It is a nice hotel to conduct conferences and seminars. I attended a conference in this Hotel, the hospitality and others arrangements are good. Food they provided is good, check whether it is cost effective. It is near to the airport, so it is easy to reach. Since the hotel is at the center of city, avoid peak time for check in and check out. Sound systems in the conference room is good. If there is more crowd, additional screen or LED/LCD displays can arranged which will be more effective. Overall it is a nice experience.

Unquestionably one of the finest hotels I've stayed at. The staff here made me feel welcome upon our arrival by taking all of the necessary precautions. It was extremely friendly and I appreciated the fact that the staff was flexible with check-in and check-out times. However, I did not be able to try their breakfast.The best hospitality you've ever experienced!The staff were very accommodating and made my stay very comfortable.

We went for a dinner at feathers waterside restaurant, initially the ambience of the restaurant was very nice. We had a nice food, especially the starters and the dessert were best thing we had. However the cost if the food was bid high. No of varities provided by the hotel was also very nice. The service provided by the staffs were also very nice. They were really polite and arranged whatever food we ordered without any hesitation. I hope this will be a very nice place for family, friends and official dinners also. The ambiance was great but then the food was not at all good. None of the food that they served or in the stall was hot. The only two items that were good and hot was pizza and pasta. It was a very bad experience. Hope they rectify and do better in the food department. Even the service was not good. They are not providing mayonnaise for starters and when we had asked they were brought very late. For each and everything we had to ask..

So traffic is pretty intense in the road which has effectively been narrowed down temporarily by the metro construction.

I had a very pleasant stay the staff is very nice and the food of the restaurant in the R level is delicious . We had a Ramadan buffet and it exceeded our expectations ! Food is yummy , and a wide variety of vegetarian food. I appreciate the attention of bringing me dates on request to break my fast! See you soon!

Vibrant and colorful ambience which well placed in one of the wonderfully developed localities, Feathers is one of the happening hotels in Chennai. Ample parking is available with extremely friendly staff. Food was very good too.. However the metro rail project is a huge roadblock during peak hours with traffic moving at a very slow pace.. Feathers... An ideal choice for any event..

A chic and nice place to stay. F&B services pretty good as well. Their roof top overlooking St. Thomas Mount is not to miss and with live music in the evenings adds a charm. Unfortunately, it looks like they do not have rooms with two queen beds or rooms that can accommodate single family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), that's a bit disappointing. I would definitely choose this hotel for my upcoming trip provided if it caters/meets my need.

It was a pleasant stay at Feathers Hotel. The check in and check out was very quickly done. The front desk staff were courteous, prompt and accommodative of requests. The lobby is comfortable, well maintained and has sufficient amenities for an extended sit-in over casual meetings. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The lookout through the window may not be very exciting with a sea of concrete around, as the hotel is situated in the city. The restaurant was great and vegetarian food was tasty and good. The hotel is about 12 kms from the Chennai airport and has a commute time of 45 minutes to an hour at peak traffic. Good place for a comfortable stay in Chennai, especially if you are in for short business.

I have stayed here couples time already and always a nice experience. All the staffs are well trained, welcoming & polite. Just a little suggestion for the roof top resto staff to be a bit more attentive to the customer but the lady supervisor was very accommodating to our special diets.

There's absolutely nothing outside this hotel. However, the hotel is a world of its own. The breakfast buffet is top class and so is the dinner. Salon and spa have good staff,however, try bringing in more options for hair colour. If you don't have the stock and when someone has clearly booked an appointment in advance, at least inform them that only two shades are available. Both were dark colours. I literally postponed some other plan to get my hair coloured, only to be disappointed at the last minute and also not having the job done. I have medium to light hair and wanted root touch-up.

This is the 2nd time I gone with my family members to had a dinner 🍽️. There was a fantastic night. Pleasant place to visit and took a beautiful photoshoot with family members. There was a nice warm welcoming by Ms.Aarthy receptionist. And got a nice Hospitality from the staffs over there. Had a wonderful buffet. Especially for vegetarian food lovers this is the place you never ever miss it in your life time. Interiors design of this hotel is Wow 😲. I don't have time to stay here, so I can't give a comment on Rooms. Due to metro rail construction is going on always this road is filled with huge traffic jam. Location of this hotel is very easy accessible.

Went for a conference meet. Location and ambience is good. They served lunch there and I personally felt that the buffet they arranged that day is not at all good. The taste was too normal and didn't find anything worth from the star hotels they serve.

Convenient location near the l&t campus. Great food and prompt service. The conference hall was maintained at quite a low temperature- why does having an ac mean keeping room temperature uncomfortably cold? Apart from this one small grouse, an excellent place for events.

I visited the restaurant on R floor with my wife. Ordered ala carte ( though lunch buffet was there ) . Though I went at 3 pm ( they said service is there , its all day dinining ) . But after order taken , too much delay , soup came in 15 min. Starter seek kabab after 30 min. Dal makani after 45 min. Prawns fry 45 min. Tandoori roti 50 min. After asking for extra tandoori roti at 60 min. They came after 15 min. After finishing lunch asked for finger bowl . They forgot . Had to go to entrance to ask for it after waiting 15 min. Bill came promptly Rs.4,400.

Everything was just yummy. Went there for a wedding reception. From the welcome drink to the soup & salad table, then the main course and the desserts, each item was made to perfection. Absolutely loved it. The colour combinations on the interiors were stunning. Great taste. Very unique too. The air conditioning was perfect to suit everyone. Would definitely recommend this place for dine in or any functions or parties.

Have been only into their ac hall for an exam. So far so good. Clean washrooms are nearby. From the look of reception and adjoining areas, the hotel promises good service. Apt for those who have a one or two days' work at the Mount tower IT park nearby.

When we asked in front lobby area for vallet parking, the guy asked us to go back, backside of that hotel went, we requested to take vallet parking. Hospitality very worst. Need to improve lot. It's a four star hotel, can't believe it. Food items were kept average like local hotel taste only. Not much good. I came to know that that has charged for a plate nearby Rs.2000/- is waste of money. Have to improve lot in their services.

Dear Management, I never had a partial treatment in Star Hotels, but this time yes. Pathetic treatment at Feathers hotel at Manapakkam. Happen to visit this hotel for an event, entry security guided me to parking place but none at the said location to guide the vehicle and it's almost dark and because of this i got hurt badly. No warm welcome at any stages and seems to be inadequate staffing. Your in efficiency results on my pain. Even A2B has proper parking guidance, I don't know the importance not given. I would say this is missed opportunity for you, whom ever visited your hotel had a pathetic experience. Check on your video footage to realise what went wrong. I won't think again of your place, atleast not to repeat for other customer's.

I had been here today for an educational event for my son. I would appreciate the hospitality of the reception front office, but the hotel has not kept any invitation in the front desk for the visitors. The lounge was not inviting as it had dirty rug on the floor, the lounge sofas hadn't been changed the covers which kept it dusty and pale. The tea tables were wornout at the edges. Few of the ceiling lights were not working. To my surprise I saw some international flight crew of 15 people of pilots and air hostess reporting at the front desk. I guess this was not appreciated as now the situation of pandemic keeps everyone at risk especially when having an educational event involving school children.

Feathers Hotel is such a nice place. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. But a minus point is tat we can't access lift without card, tat should be changed.

Excellent option in Chennai. Nice rooms with excellent bed. Restaurants and breakfasts hold international standard and roof top bar is really nice if the weather is ok. Staff is very service minded and helps with needed assistance as a foreigner (taxis, printing boarding passes and answering general questions). And bonus for quick driving distance from airport when arriving late and leaving late.

Stay was good! Staff were extremely polite and friendly! They did the best for my request which I put forth in the last minute! I guess it was Manisha(Can't remember the name exactly) in the reception who handled my request in a very professional and satisfying way! Room is tidy and well maintained! Am a travel freak and have stayed in lot of hotels and I don't review the hotels unless it is good! One of the best hotels i have stayed at and it's definitely worth your money! This is a beautiful property. Completely nonsmoking property. Food was just awesome. Good ambience. Roof top restaurant skyloft is simply excellent. Rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. Soaps and shampoos are also of good quality. Overall very good experience. Blindly can opt for it.

Average hotel with very good location but definitely doesn't qualifies for a 5 star. Good options for in-house restaurants, food was fine. Breakfast spread was average and not even close to a 5star property. Maintenance can be improved, and service has lots and lots of scope for improvement. At the moment service is very tardy and needs multiple reminders across housekeeping, front desk and restaurants. Good location for visitors to DLF.

The hotel as such is good with a really good rooftop restaurant and food. The service is what doesn't quite meet the mark, we have to call them 10 times for each request. The breakfast is very average compared to other 4 and 5 star hotels in chennai. The spread is very limited and the quality also not that great. We stayed here for 3 whole days in December and wished we stayed elsewhere.

Hotel ambiance is good. We went for a get together buffet dinner... most of the items were tasteless... Few tasted bad/not good/not up to the mark. Only very less items were okay or Lil good. Hospitality is 6/10... Coz when asked for a juice, it was served only after half an hour or even more... After continuous reminding ....
