I booked the room with Breakfast included for 23rd Jan and i reached @7:45 in the morning.. They said before 12 check in will be charged extra and i payed. But they denied for me for breakfast as they said breakfast is only available for those who checked in befor day. Even after paying extra amount they didnt allow to have breakfast. Very bad experience

This is an affordable option near to the DLF IT park. The rooms are clean and the staffs are courteous. I'm pleased with the service of Mr Madhu and Arul. Hope to have more association with you guys!!!

This is a good and affordable place. Service is good. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are well maintained. Complimentary Breakfast is ok ok. The only minus point as pointed out in other reviews is connectivity. The nearby roads are a mess due to rains, potholes and construction. So if you have a private vehicle or hire a vehicle, you will be ok.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Treebo Trend Rithikha Inn Elite. The rooms are not that much large even though they felt comfortable and well-maintained. With the limited space, The hotel efficiently uses the area to provide all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel seem to have a friendly and accommodating attitude. They were always prompt in responding to your inquiries or requests, which helped make your experience pleasant and stress-free. Another aspect to consider is the hotel location in a bustling area. Traffic can be a bit congested when reaching the hotel. However, once inside, the noise and chaos of the surroundings are pleasantly muted, allowing for a peaceful stay. Yet, I encountered an issue with the TV not working. Despite this minor inconvenience, I must say that my overall experience at the hotel was quite satisfactory.

Rooms are very small. Does not have a single mirror in the room. Service not that good. Reception people take so long to attend calls. Location is the worst ola/uber doesn't accept rides to and from hotel.

Rooms are stinky. location is worst, all ways to hotel are full of potholes, connectivity to main road is almost 1-2 km. It's like some residential appartment converted to timepass hotel. No kitchen. You keep asking anything, most of the time they will not understand, if they will understand - they will not provide. No chair in the room to sit.

Little far from mainroad , Acccess is difficult to reach the hotel Buffet breakfast is common everyday but not worthy for the price and also dining is in opposite building.

In Chennai, it's a pretty good place to stay. The hotel's services are also up to a 5-star standard. The hotel staff behaved amazingly. When I return to Chennai in the future, I'll most definitely stay at this hotel. I enjoy staying here...

Decent rooms and special thanks to Kishore for your support during my stay. Complimentary breakfast is available and that was pretty good. Currently road work is ongoing nearby the hotel and it's hard to find the Taxi and Auto for transportation. Overall, this is really nice hotel and economy one to be honest.

Cons: Rooms are really small. It's a 10x12 ft bedroom and a bath. Insist on getting rooms on the second floor as they are comparatively bigger. Our AC wasn't functional on the room allotted to us but the management was kind enough to shift us to second floor that has more space. I learnt that their AC in general takes time to cool the place. So give it 30-40 mins. Maintenance isn't that great. Power issues. IDK about food here as they only provided breakfast and there isn't any menu available to order. It's quite in the interiors. Travel is a pain. Pros: Their breakfast is good. Bathroom was clean with all essentials. Staff is good.

Very small rooms, congested area with construction going on in surrounding places, hotel is in residential area and narrow lanes from main road. Suitable only for bachelors. Room rent seems to be high as compared to facilities and services.

We booked 33 rooms for our wedding function and it’s a mess in the hotel with no water supply and poor service by the hotel guys. It may happen to anyone on any day like this problem due their mis management. Would strongly recommend not to consider this hotel in future.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, our check-in time was supposed to be at 12 pm, but we were made to wait for a frustrating 1.5 hours before finally receiving the room keys. To make matters worse, only one of the rooms was given to us at 1:15 pm, while the other room's keys were handed over to us late at night when we returned from being outside. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Upon entering the room, we were appalled by its condition. It was in a very bad state, and to our utter dismay, we found evidence of someone having spit inside the room, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. This was extremely unpleasant and showed a lack of proper housekeeping. Adding to our disappointment, the hotel was undergoing construction, and the hallways were blocked with various items, making the entire place messy and hazardous. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe, which was a significant concern for the well-being of my family. The coffee provided was rushed and poorly prepared, lacking basic hygiene standards. This did not leave a good impression on us, especially considering that a simple thing like a cup of coffee should be easily manageable. Furthermore, the breakfast that was provided was of very poor quality. It lacked variety, freshness, and tasted quite unappetizing. It was certainly not up to the standard we expected from a hotel. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was disappointing and far from pleasant. The delayed check-in, poorly maintained room, ongoing construction, unclean coffee, and subpar breakfast all contributed to our negative experience. We hope that the hotel management takes our feedback constructively and makes necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

They have pretty good and affordable rooms. Housekeeping was not done in a 2 day stay. Very far to reach from nearest metro . They also provide complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee but unfortunately it got finished at 9:50 am. Reception guys are helpful .tv wasn't working the first day and wifi dint work the last day .my flight was late so asked for a late check-out , which they dint provide saying they re full, but there were vacant rooms , the guy told me it's chargeable 150/hr after 11 am. The roads to this place are unsafe, making it quite difficult to reach. The rooms are also not cleaned, and the air conditioning is not up to standard. The service is also subpar. The only positive aspect is the spacious hall in the double bedroom suite room. Overall, it's not worth the money.

The hotel appears to be an apartment converted to a hotel. Cons: 1) Bad access roads leading to the hotel. 2) Extremely difficult to get Uber or autos / no Uber or autos after 530 pm using apps. Looks like autos and Ubers do not want to come to a pick-up point located in this area; to be frank, the area looks deserted after 530 pm. 3) Better toiletries to be provided. Toothbrush and small toothpaste to be provided, please. Shower cap too to be provided. Please check leaking taps and faucets as there could be a lot of water waste. 4) A board that mentions no food from outside should be removed. It is impossible to even get autos and Ubers from here to nearby restaurants like Buhari or Sangeeta hotel. The hotel should make suitable provisions for customers to order food from these restaurants directly to their room. On my last visit to the hotel, I could not get an auto or Uber to Sangeetha hotel (nearest good / premium restaurant from hotel) so I and my wife had to skip dinner. 5) Ensure customers are aware of the reception intercom no’s and the step by step method of switching on the tv in the room and channels available. Proper details and instructions to be displayed appropriately in the room. 6) Ensure All Out mosquito repellent is adequately stocked. Both liquid dispensers were empty when I checked in. 7) Ensure proper communication to customers (eg room cleaning timings etc.) while / before checking-in as to what is and not available in the hotel. 8) Complimentary breakfast: Ensure cleanliness of the serving area located on the 4th floor. The washing area for the trays definitely needs improvement. Pros: 1) Fairly clean rooms and bathrooms with adequate lighting. 2) Good working AC.

Rooms are pretty small, don't go by the image. TV was not recharged even after requesting. Toilets are clean and spacious.

I booked this hotel in last minute while traveling to Chennai seeing the good pics posted on Fab hotel website. But upon check in I found that rooms are very small and compact. However, since I'm alone it wasn't a major issue for me. But if you are traveling with family or friends it will be congested.

Good convenient location. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are good and beds are comfortable. However the cleanliness can be improved. Major drawback is frequent power failures and breakfast. But that is negligible. Ajith was the receptionist and was very helpful

Well furnished, good service, clean and neat maintenance. Overall is Good experience. Point to improvements, cost looks to be bit expensive. Very less car parking. Very cramped roads which can't be improved. Food tastes needs improvement, North Indian dishes are not up to the mark as expected. But ok for a day to try.

Nice place for guest coming to attend functions like marriage. Lunch (meals) from their Hotel is excellent! The way to the hotel from main is like a maze but hotel is good. Rooms and bathrooms are awesome! Having a board sign would be great!!

Nice hotel ...but on the day of check-in they initiy transferred us to there other property for sometime and then they gave the room in the property we booked

Most disappointed from the side of treebo in this particular Inn. Because I tried out other Treebo tied up hotels in Chennai. The complementary breakfast is good but there is no room service options. Parking facilities is good. Toiletries are not provided here where they mentioned in their website.

The inn is good. They don't provide dental kit They told they'll provide complimentary breakfast while checking out.. But it turned out to be wrong.. No Uber or ola cabs will be assigned.. You will have to walk around 2km to reach the junction. Roads to the inn are blocked. No dustbin in the room No chair to relax.. Bed was very good

Worst hotel ever. All the services they say are a hoax and nothing is provided. U just get the room with a few working facilities and no concern for fixing anything. Breakfast is limited and u can't ask them to save food and provide you with something you want. On rating 0-10, i rate this as 2. Not recommended at all.

Pathetic room service...no good resturant within 800m. And no wifi network inside room irrespective of mentioning free wifi...and room service you have to go down tell them what u need then they think whether they have or not then after that they forget whats the requirement ...in short dont ask for anything
