    Very worst customer relationship team.there is no proper response staff especially Head~ Admin staff.I went for account opening,then I thought why this bank I shall choose.Very very worst response.

    Every time i reach for cash deposit the machine is always out of order and atm facility is also not good

    Worst experience I got it, they eating people money by check bounce return charges daily 295$ from account... I think bank people I IDFC loan department teid, both doing degrowth to people..from idfc side 970rs per month check bounce charges bank of india takes 295 daily ....Head admin does not responding to customer, put some matured on admin.. irresponsible behaviour he just showing attitude to common people... It's will destroy her carrier definitely...
