Service in this room was excellent. The Managers were extremely courteous. Whatever we asked was attended to immediately. We are very happy about our stay in Shanti Inn. It is also maintained tidy & clean. Thanks.

The entire hotel was worth staying. The food was awesome. Apart from this I would specially like to mention the outstanding services provided by entire staff and a beautiful Roof top cafe with river view.. Pathetic hotel and pathetic staff.The view only from the property not from the room and rooms are over expensive they shares pictures with wide angle and filters through which people can think its a decent place but trust me room worth not even more than 1500 rs and they said the delux room which doesn’t have balcony or proper ventilation and space too. Also the way to reach hotel is by walk no vehicle can enter there the staff were very rude when we asked for refund they completely denied after a very long fight they refund our amount I booked this via online. DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOM THERE PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF

We had 2 rooms here for a night. We had originally planned to book another property, Hotel Akashganga, from the same owner, however, the owner called and suggested Hotel Shanti Inn,almost next door to this so we took our chance. This turned out to be a rather good decision. 2 things which set this property apart - Rooftop and management/staff courteousness. If you have a longish trip and plan to spend some time relaxing at the Hotel, this property is absolutely worth it. There are ample photos of the rooftop in reviews. so that speaks for itself. The rooms are small but cozy. Its a newly renovated property(5 months in Aug-2022 as per the owner) so we found pretty much everything neat and orderly. As for the location, if you are ok with traversing the last 50metres on foot in narrow lanes, you'd be fine. On the other hand, staying this close to the ghat means you can take a dip in Ganga ji, anytime and for as long as you want. The nearby ghats were neither crowded nor deserted, so great for a dip. Its about 1km from Assi ghat and we made it on foot from Assi ghat to hotel in the evening. To go about in the city, you'd need to walk out till you get to the arch. The Hotel staff helped us get our luggages to and from this point. There's a Mahalakshmi temple about 100m from this arch. You'll find a lot of South-Indian eateries clsoe by. Also, dont miss the Lassi/malaiya shop right at the arch. Awesome fresh lassi.

Our four days stay at Shanti Inn was a lovely experience. The staff and management were extremely cooperative and well organized. The river view room truly gave us a wonderful view of the majestic Ganga Maiyaa. The arrangements made by the management were all perfectly synchronized. It'sa great place to stay and we are sure that if the food part can be organized then this hotel will soon reach be a popular haunt of tourists.

Staff behaviour was very rude. Room was very small my head and my feet both are touching wall of the room I booked for 5days but i cancelled immediately after reaching at property In my opinion MMT should cancelled tie up with Shanti inn hotel and not worth of money

Me and My friend stays in this hotel for one night. Staff behaviour is very rude all positive reviews are paid on the discount of tarrif. If you book online they will ask to cancle and rebook it offline at higher price. If you deny they will say room is not available. Also room condition is not good very dirty and smelly bedsheets. Room is very small that you can only stand up. Worst hotel

Stayed with my friends for one night in there river view room. Beautiful view from the room. Little spacious but have good amenities and services. Excellent view from roof top restaurant.

Nice place to stay. Good service. Whole staff is cooperative and you will get a family atmosphere with the team of the hotel. Dining area at the terrace gives an awesome feeling. You can have a bird eye view of Kashi from the terrace. Rooms are well furnished and rates are reasonable. Food quality is also commendable.

🙏thank each and everyone there from staff who have taken care of us. our stay was very comfortable unlike what we feared when we booked as we were not familiar with varanasi 🙏 we stayed 6 nights and did not face any problems. while staff was very helpful to extend support to my mother to drop her to neatest pickip points , it will be good if hotel can make wheel chairs available for senior citizens. this can be added service for hotel. 🙏

Paid almost 5000 Rs. per night, feels like a scam as this is a very low budget hotel. Location is great, but hotel itself not worth the money.

I am writing review after 2 days stay in hotel. First owner of the hotel doesn't have sense how to talk. No cleaning of the room, bed etc. Food quality very bad . Don't even try to eat in hotel you will fall sick. I have visited with my family and everyone suffered from food poising after eating food from the hotel. Atlast they even dont provide water in hotel if you don't wish to purchase water bottle.

The hotel has 2 rooms with balcony and view on the Ganga. Friendly and helpful staff. The roof terrace is great and food was good. Rooms neat and clean.

Moreover, the thing that makes this such a good stay are the staff, all the people are very helpful and supportive. Best place to stay in Varanasi. If you want to stay with your furry(pet) friend. Mr. Vaibhav Gupta is an excellent host. I would strongly recommend Shanti Inn if you are visiting Varanasi first time. I did visit Varanasi first time this Apr (2022). Vaibhav Gupta the host, made us feel home and helped us to plan perfectly within a short period of time to cover the most of iconic places in Varanasi and organised vehicles for travel and made us comfortable where possible. Also their rooms are clean and their food is good. Probably location is bit inside but is perfect spot for Ganges ghat visit.

It’s is very nice must stay here excellent for family stay little bit inside but don’t worry it’s safe very very close to hanuman ghat it’s only 100 mtr to ganga river. The rooms are clean rooftop restaurant is very beautiful but it takes lot of time to get the food ready but it’s good. u can see ganga river from rooftop. The owner is well behaved and good by nature. If u want stay in Varanasi near ganga ghat then stay in hotel shanti inn.
