1600/- rs. my payment but online show 1035 Froud Hotel Management

Service is horrible, no room service, you need to call up the manager a hundred times for a service, there is also no fooding need to arrenge your own. No escalator available. Washrooms fittings broken. Door nob broken. No curtain in the window Not recommended...

I visited with family & booked 03 rooms but I feel the worst & horrible hotel in Mugalsarai. No cleanness, No room service, No bathroom fitting arrangement, AC was not working. The door lock was not in working conditions The room was smelling. Managers are lier & cheaters They send a false photo & promise better service but there is no communication after check-in. Even the manager stops receiving the call. AC was not working in any room. You can't get a hangar for hanging the daily clothes.

100m From Mughal Sarai Railway Station In the Centre of City surrounded by all Type of Essential Market. Rooms Are Good and service is also good. Nearby Street Food and Many Restaurant and Chai shops are easily accessible.

Last time I visited rooms were clean but this time room is not clean bad sleeping and there is no towels and no body wash is provided

Never Ever visit this place. Garbage dump yard is better than this hotel

Pathetic Condition of rooms. I was alloted with 2 rooms because one room did not have latches and the other room had non working toilet. Moreover the staff need to get trained over ethics of hotel industry. Improvement in every section is required.

Very bad service. All staff are unable to full fill essential things also that has been mentioned by hotel management. I don't recommend to stay here.
