Now Liro gas cooking efficacy is made very low as it is taking more extra time period than before. For a example-one rice pot cooking period Before -20 minutes Now-30 minutes.

Worst customer care. They picked the the phone and hung up immediately. No one is picking up. No one is replying to messenger.

I renew my empty gas cylinder from a super market in Galle area.It was leaking once connect to the regulator. When I visited the supermarket and say it is not safe. His answer is it is wrong with washer and it is usual to have one or two incidents per week.At last I managed to get a replacement. But I am seriously worried about this incidence. How can a well recognised company think poorly about their customers protection and you should recheck before distribution.

Litro Gas Cylinder is worst out of worse in safety I have come acroos so many cylinders leaks once i complained to customer sevive and they ask the dealer give a cylinder exchange . I dont think they they dont any through inspection for leaks. safty is nill. I told the customer service even the spark inside light switch can lit the whole hose with a cylinder with leaks . I dont think even they dont have sense

Helpline doesn't answer calls or Facebook page doesn't let us post over reviews about litro gas. Trying to find gas cylinder home delivery said they are out of stock, no places near borella got gas. All shop managers asking to contact the helpline.
