However, instead of the promised discount, they asked me to follow them on Facebook. I declined, and despite the inconvenience, I didn't receive any discount. This marketing strategy felt cheap and resulted in queues, wasting time for others. Consequently, I downgraded my initial 5-star rating to 2 stars due to this disappointing experience. While it's acceptable for businesses to request Google reviews, the problem arises when they request reviews before customers actually experience their service.
