Wound Care Unit of Dr. Thusitha Kahaduwa at 2nd floor is providing excellent service and staff is well trained and kind to elderly patients. Highly recommended for diabetic related wounds.

A private healthcare provider in Battaramulla. The staff is friendly and the service is fast and straight forward. We went in for a redressing of a wound and when we informed our requirement to the reception, we were promptly escorted to a procedure room by the nursing officer who seemed to be well experienced. The room was clean and hygienic. However there was a humming noise coming from the dental equipment situated next door which was a minor annoyance. Once the procedure was done we were escorted back to the reception where the bill could be settled. Prices were comparatively low. We really liked the straightforward service without complicated paperwork and extended waiting times. The hospital could and should have better parking, we had to park along the road because the parking in front of the hospital could only accommodate about five vehicles at a time. A good alternative to big name hospitals if you want prompt no nonsense service.

This hospital is clean and modernizede with new technology. Only place in this area to get to be done all your medical needs with this much of standards. There are experience doctors. Hospital system is good. There are some good arrangements in Channeling service. Excellent Pharmacy with wide range of medicine and other medical goods. Good customer services. Vehicle parking facilities are available.

Extremely poor service. Visiting doctors cancel on their appointments at the last minute. The hospital doesn’t seem to care about it. Wasted 3 weeks of our time. Management should stop listing these unprofessional so called doctors from their hospital. The time waster being a ‘saranga samadhi’

My mother did an eye operation. Ridiculous waiting time. Doctor comes 2hrs late for surgeries than announced. The surgery also didn't operate as per the number received, but prioritising those who brought the lenses, which was not communicated earlier. Went for an emergency and they didn't take in the patient. Horrible doctor, ambulance was unavailable, the nurse was kind enough to offer a glass of water until we waited for the vehicle. Brought the patient to Sri Jayawardanapura hospital, patient immediately taken in and taken to surgery. If you're around Battaramulla, for emergencies take straight to Sri Jayawardanapura hospital.

Really good private hospital in the city. It is clean and modernized with new technology and there are experienced doctors. 24 hor OPD. Excellent pharmacy with a wide range of medicine. Not very crowded. Card payment accepted. There are some good arrangements in channeling service. Staff is also nice and welcoming. Convenient location. Adequate parking space.

My husband and I came here for a consultation and the experience was really nice we were given very accurate times (no needed to wait for hours) the doctor was too on time and the hospital was very comfy and very well maintained. Highly recommend!

Everything is good except giving time for dental appointments. They are very poor in giving times for patients. We have to wait more than one hour. They don't have process to let us know when there is a delay. Most of patient is around 2 km. Also parking is not enough but it can manage.

We visited “Santa Dora” to show our little one to a leading Pediatrician consultant. This doctor visits Santa Dora four times per week. This is not the first time that we have experienced their terrible service. The worst situation is every day they are not sending patients to the doctor according to the appointment number. We are highly disappointed with the service received from the young short nurse (who was appointed on 23rd November 6.30pm sessions) allocated for that doctor. It was very difficult for all the parents including us to keep our kids till late night. Even seeing the situation over there still this nurse sent patients to inside according to her will. Out of all her terrible work, she let Sanjeewa Sir (One of their staff member and that’s how she called him) who also came to show his son to the same doctor to go directly to inside and asked other parents to stay until he comes. If the staffs act like this why do you all ask patients to go through appointments procedure. I am writing behalf of all the patients who had to face this worst service from staff and the hospital. This is for others who are planning to visit this hospital to think many times before you visit. Entire staff was choosing to turn a blind eye to this incident. Some babies had to stay until 10pm in the night even though they have their number very early. As parents we all know how difficult our babies to stay such longer hours in late night.

Highly unprofessional. I had a consultation and spoke to the doctor, making all the necessary arrangements for a dental procedure. The following day, I received a call saying that it was all cancelled because the dentist changed his mind. I had driven 8 hours to Colombo to have this procedure done and was shown no apology from the dentist or the hospital. Sorry, try again. I would not recommend this hospital.

I have been ripped off ambulance charges Rs 45000,00 to drive 5 mints for a MRI report and when I despute They changed the bill to deferent wordings Hand written bills given initially 4 days patient was admitted for a stomach ache and ended up with brain MRI Total Bill Rs 285000.00 Fortunately plaid only 235k Make sure go thru every detail clarify prior you pay the bill

Came with my wife to the hospital to go to the OPD and the doctor there was amazing and kind and also the nurse Ms. Himasha after that she coordinated and channelled Dr. Diluk and was through out with us until my wife was okay! I had a very bad experience at hemas hospital Thalawathugoda so I came to Santa Dora for the very first time at around 9pm on 04.12.2020. I had a head injury and a wound on my forehead. A doctor saw me within minutes and got treatments. The nurse who dressed my wound, the staff at the entrance and even the Cashier was very nice and attentive. They smiled nicely and talked to me and I had a very nice experience even with a big gash on my head 😂. Thank you so much and I'll always choose you guys over hemas from now on.

You have to be very carefully with thees hospital as they just bill for extras & rip you off . No one to properly explain the costing . Before settling & day before pls go thru a detail bill & Che k everything one by one .

Doctors cancel and the staff don’t follow up to schedule new appointments. I had to chase behind them for an appointment which I had already paid for via eChannelling. Furthermore, when I finally got an appointment it was with Dr Dileep Silva. After my procedure, the mouth mirror was just flung on his table. The machines were left uncleaned and both the doctor and nurse just left as I had left. Immediately I got a sore throat and did a PCR test only to discover that I’m POSITIVE. BEFORE THIS neither did I go anywhere nor get into contact with anyone who had it. Now my travel plans have to be delayed as well I was expected to leave this week all because of this bloody doctor’s negligence. Called the hospital to inform them but they don’t have any regard whatsoever ever for these matters. Please go in at your own risk as they do not practice COVID safety procedures. Please get them to sanitise everything in front of you that is my biggest regret.

Came for an ear infection, OPD nurse was careless with dressing the wound and redid the plaster multiple times causing pain. She wasn't apologetic. Bad customer care for the patient. Used to be a regular, probably not anymore.

Worse part is that they had not responded to repeated ringing of the bell and then locked my mother inside her room!! Disgusting behavior. We are taking her out now. Unfortunately not in the country to physically be there

bloody unresonably expensive. An abdomen ultra sound scan costs 6500 at santa dora while at other leadings hospitals the same scan ranges between 3600-4200.Santa dora is practically robbing patients.

Very bad experience with ogtt report they don't know the method of the report and asking about glucose about us then we report it their incharge nurse came and give it, after that she write note and give it to assistant she informed me come after 1hr for another blood and urin test we went within 1hr after the test and assistant said come after 2hr for second test, but Ig'm not sure about that time we called our VOG and Midwife they said it's wrong have to get blood within hour all duration is 2hrs, we went there again and informed them then they said yes yes sorry about it, after that we went within 1hr to 3rd step of this test, they got blood and urin from me but this time I'm on very unpleasent situation about their works I read the label name of tube it's not my name I asked about it assistant she said another lady name "then suddenly she afraid " what's the method of them in 1 report 3-4 errors, very dissapointed of this well talk to management but they said they will test again, how I'm trust them as a preagnacy women I have to wait another 8-14 hrs fasting with my all paining if this sugar report get wrong my baby's and my life both are in danger, then we collect the report they are try to refund money, what the worst thing their doing for patients, not recommending for anyone to doing medical reports specially pregnancy

We are really disappointed with the service from this hospital.Yesterday we booked an appointment with one of the dentists attending this hospital.We reached ontime.But by the time we reach doctor has already left.We went to the reception and they did not know that doctor left.So they gave us a bill and we were waiting infront of doctors room.After like 15 mints they informed us that doctor left.And next day after the treatment we went to the pharmacy to get the medicine.And they charged around 6000 more.Fortunately we double checked before we left.This is so irresponsible behaviour from the staff.I will mot recommend anyone to approach this hospital.

We wait at the lobby for more than 1 hour for a doctor at OPD. More than 1 hour there is no vacant doctor for the OPD.When we ask from cashier, their reply is "the doacor is in another duty, it will take 15 minutes . But we wait more than hour. That 15 minutes didn't came after 1 hour. If emergency patient came to the OPD the patient will die when the patient checked by the doctor .

They call themselves as a luxury hospital, however the service from the staff is really poor. No proper internal communication between staff. It is very obvious that the staff is not trained at this hospital. It is a ripoff indeed.

Worst ever hospital I have ever seen. Workers are not working they chatting and wasting there and our time. Specially when patient came in wheelchair on rainy day God bless to him. Backyard entrance is the only way to take patient inside the hospital but no responsible person there, some workers eating and have leisure time on back yard no one care the patient how he take inside or out. You may think if you are getting illness is better than admit from this kind of hospital.

I had to take a course of IV antibiotics and I chose to have it administered at Santa Dora Hospital. The nursing staff was fabulous. I was terribly scared but they were so brave and so kind. I also noticed that the nursing staff is multi talented. The atmosphere is homely and inviting. You are treated like a human being with respect and compassion. Prices are lower than most private hospitals. Highly recommend Santa Dora.

Service is bad. The reception/ front desk service is utterly rubbish. Haven't changed it over the past years. They don't know how to talk to the customers. Behaved like we are seeking free medical advice from them.

Back car park is small and it is utterly hectic to park the vehicle when there are a few vehicles already parked. Staff is alrifght. Ask the hospital for directions if you do not know the place as not many around here know directions.

We were provided with excellent service by Santa Dora team when my daughter was diagnosed with dengue fever. She was hospitalized for six days and my heartfelt gratitude to the way they supported me specially hospital medical staff and Dr. Deepal Perera.

I recently stayed at the Santa Dora hospital and I must say that my experience was very positive. The staff was very welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The nursing staff was caring and attentive, providing regular monitoring and follow-up with ward doctors and consultants. The hospital has the ability to carry out most tests in-house, including X-rays, abdominal scans, and echocardiograms etc... The ward doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to gather as much information from me as possible to share with the consultant physician. Even after I was discharged, they followed up with me regarding the pending test results, which was very reassuring. Santa Dora hospital is the best hospital i have been to in Sri Lanka.The food,the room service and everything was extraordinary on top of all that the Doctors & Nurses are beyond experts of what they do. They can diagnose & treat any rare disease with pin point accuracy & treat it physically & mentally in unexplainable ways. Santa Dora is a place of wonders. The experience i had & the way they showed the right path to recovery. No amount of words would justify how remarkable these people are. Very grateful that i got to meet these loving people.
