It was a very bad experience. Booking through the phone call. All the process was going good and I fixed an appointment to Dr.Nisansala at 5pm. We went with much expectation to see the doctor. But unfortunately she is very busy that day and she managed 3 patients at a time with different rooms. She ran here and there. Finally she came to the room around 5.40pm. We booked her after saw a review. However she just spent 4 to 5mi. Even she didn't ask anything about previous consultation with any other doctors or what type of medicine they recommend and those that were work or not. She just saw the scalp and recommended minoxidile and some other tablets. It's a bit costly but that wasn't matter but she should spend some time to get the idea about the patient's problem. When we talked about the issues and consulted some doctors and mentioned what they recommend to take some tablets but she didn't care about that and she is writing the tablets. After that she said okay, take a blood test and send the report to the number she mentioned in the prescription. That's it after she went to see the other patient. I was very disappointed. One kind suggestion Please listen to what patients issues. Because they trust you that's why they booked you.

Doctor Niranjan was really being attentive and my skin issue got sorted within a week. He has an amazing follow up system where I have not experienced the same in anywhere else in Sri Lanka. It’s a beautiful clinic and you will get all your details to your WhatsApp where you have all your records online for you to even reference later. He is keeping records of every single detail & paying lot of attention to all your concerns. Highly recommend the doctor and the treatments.

Consulted Dr. Niranjan at the Specialist Skin Clinic in Nawala and it was indeed an excellent experience. The appointments are handled methodically and professionally with clear instructions. All personal details are Whatsapped to the clinic so that we don't have to carry prescriptions etc. The levels of cleanliness at the clinic are amazing, compared to any private hospitals in Colombo. Dr. Niranjan as always, takes time to explain all details to the patient and is extremely kind to children. He is undoubtedly the best dermatologist we have come across in Sri Lanka. Best experience with a dermatologist to date. Doctor Niranjan provides complete explanations of the condition along with additional resources and the purposes of each medication so that the patient is educated. The medication itself is also very effective. Highly recommend!

Went yesterday and my consultant Dr. Nisansala Nagodavithana was one of the best doctors I have come across in SL. She gave ample time to me to explain my situation and was listening very carefully to all what I said. After I finished Dr. Nisansala gave a superb explanation about my condition that covered all aspects in regards to my skin issues. Took her time giving advice and do’s and don’t s well and finally the medication.

He is the most competent dermatologist so far I've met with well updated and very thorough knowledge on the subject. Cancelling the bookings without enough notice. People traveling from far cannot make last minute changes. Girl from confirmation team had no idea what she was talking about. Lost money already. When asked for the refund, they kept cutting the line. Lost money here. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Niranjan takes care of his patients really well. What made a difference to me was the time he took to explain and prescribe medicine with alot of compassion and care. The clinic is a calming and welcoming facility with modern medical equipment. I wish the SSC all the very best.

Recently, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Niranjan Ariyasinghe at this clinic for a skin rash, with my girlfriend accompanying me. After receiving my prescription, I inquired about her pimple condition, and the doctor mentioned he would follow up later due to other patients. Upon the follow-up, the doctor unexpectedly issued another prescription for her, resulting in an additional charge of 4,100/= without prior notice. In response to this incident, I wrote a detailed review explaining the misunderstanding. However, two days later, the receptionist contacted me, stating that the doctor wished to refund the full fee due to a miscommunication. I was promptly refunded the additional amount. While I understand that miscommunications can happen, I hope this incident can serve as an opportunity for improved clarity in the future, and I appreciate your efforts in resolving this matter.
