Great shame to the name 'HAMEEDIA' and the owners! The sinhalese lady who's working in the office of Hameedia Rathmalana branch knows only to yell at the top of her lungs to the customer over the phone, when needed to talk about a personal matter. So unpleasant. Just imagine, if she's talking to a customer in this course of action, who knows how she's treating the workers. Such aggorant behaviour! I'm in disgust of this lady! First teach her talking skills. 0 DISCIPLINE 0 RESPECT 0 POLITENESS

We have been customers of Hameedia for 20+ years. But we will not recommend them anymore. Their customer service is so poor and they have no flexibility whatsoever! I have been contacting them on their social media pages and via the given email address regarding an extension for gift vouchers worth LKR 25,000/- while all vouchers are fully paid for at the time of purchase, we have not been able to utilize them. They initially responded with asking me to write an email to various email addresses and then those email addresses (no names given) responding by asking me to contact their facebook page etc., just wasting time and eventually not responding at all. Given the difficult times, the other companies have been extremely flexible and customer oriented in their approach, always helping out the customer. But Hameedia seems to think they do not need their customers and have the audacity to make a joke out of customer requests.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The equivalent of a Government Corporation where people idle for the day and take no responsibility for what happens as a result of their lethargy.

Customer care is too bad. Only thinking about their profits. Selling damaged cloths.

Very bad telephone operator service and client service. They don't know where is there relevant service and extensions. Client have to explain to transfer the call. Also where I transferred is HR, they also telling me to asked to operator to transfer my call to the relative department. Bad impression. Inside people have to know the balance that kind of situation. Not to show their weakness to outsiders. HR is responsible to make their people, even keeping training workshops.

Do not shopping with this store, better you give some business to poor people to raise their business, I don't have any single feedback for this business.
