We
are
extremely
grateful
to
Ms.
Lakshini
for
helping
us
relocate
our
beloved
babies
from
Sri
Lanka
to
the
US.
When
the
time
for
us
to
fly
came
near,
we
were
desperate
trying
to
find
a
method
to
take
them
with
us.
Especially
since
one
of
our
fur
babies,
Toby,
has
a
hearing
disability
and
ataxia
since
birth
we
were
extremely
worried
to
leave
him
behind
as
we
know
it's
very
difficult
for
anyone
to
take
care
of
him.
We
contacted
Pet
Express,
hoping
to
find
a
solution,
but
when
they
gave
us
a
quotation
of
$10,000,
we
were
devastated.
We
then
tried
to
take
them
as
excess
baggage
and
booked
our
flight
with
Turkish
Airlines
since
we
were
told
that
they
are
the
most
pet-
friendly
airline.
But
sadly,
their
customer
service
was
terribly
poor,
and
we
couldn't
reach
them
for
assistance.
Crying
and
hopeless,
we
were
surfing
the
internet
trying
to
find
a
last
resort
when
we
stumbled
upon
Pet
Travels
Lanka
website.
Hesitant
at
first,
we
decided
to
give
it
a
try,
but
as
soon
as
we
spoke
to
Ms.
Lakshini,
we
immediately
knew
she
was
the
right
one.
Her
calm
voice
and
positive
attitude
put
us
at
ease
right
away.
She
understood
us
and
brightened
our
spirits
with
her
self-
assured
and
poised
approach.
She
immediately
set
to
work
in
helping
us
with
our
fur
babies.
In
the
midst
of
the
process,
our
little
girl
Bella
fell
sick
and
wasn't
fit
to
travel.
Heartbroken,
we
didn't
know
what
to
do.
But,
Ms.
Lakshini
did
not
give
up.
She
was
determined
to
finish
off
what
she
started.
Since
Bella
required
medical
attention,
Ms.
Lakshini
tirelessly
called
up
many
boarding
homes
to
accommodate
our
babies
until
they
are
fit
to
travel.
She
found
them
a
second
home
with
Dr.
Thiyagi
from
Pet
Care
at
Battaramulla,
and
they
couldn't
have
been
happier.
Since
we
were
busy,
Ms.
Lakshini
even
arranged
pet
transport,
JAS
Pet
Transport,
Kandana.
We
are
thankful
to
Mr.
Jerome,
who
made
transportation
smooth
and
easy.
From
there
on,
Ms.
Lakshini
and
Dr.
Thiyagi
took
complete
care
of
Bella
and
Toby,
and
our
minds
and
hearts
were
at
peace
because
we
knew
we
couldn't
have
found
a
safer
place
for
them.
Ms.
Lakshini
and
Dr.
Thiyagi
relentlessly
worked
day
and
night
to
prepare
documents
and
make
sure
everything
went
smoothly.
They
would
answer
our
questions
anytime
we
wanted
and
even
answer
our
calls
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
Dr.
Thiyagi
gave
special
care
and
attention
to
Toby
and
prepared
all
his
medical
records
needed
as
well.
Despite
our
constant
panic
attacks,
Ms.
Lakshini
was
calm
and
composed.
She
was
resolved
to
make
sure
our
fur
babies
arrived
in
the
US
regardless
of
the
hurdles
we
faced.
Thankfully,
due
to
her
unwavering
support
and
Dr.
Thiyagi's
care,
Bella
and
Toby,
arrived
safely
to
the
US.
We
will
forever
be
grateful
to
Ms.
Lakshini
and
Dr.
Thiyagi
for
making
this
happen.
To
anyone
thinking
about
relocating
your
fur
baby
with
you,
don't
hesitate
to
make
the
move.
No
one
will
look
after
your
dear
one
like
you
do.
So
many
pets
left
behind
by
their
parents
have
suffered
emotional
abandonment
and
depression,
and
many
starve
themselves
to
death.
So
the
next
time
you
think
of
moving,
do
your
pets
a
favor
and
take
them
with
you.
It's
worth
the
dollars.
You
have
my
word.
