For
those
of
you
looking
to
potentially
move
into
these
apartments,
don't
do
it.
Listen
to
all
of
the
negative
reviews
here
because
they
are
very
much
correct.
This
place
loves
to
charge
$1,499
starting
for
a
1
bed/1
bath,
yet
the
leasing
office
does
barely
anything
to
help
if
there
are
issues,
so
not
quite
worth
the
amount
you
pay
for
this
place.
Maintenance
does
their
best
to
come
to
your
apartment
but
how
do
they
come
if
the
leasing
office
doesn't
tell
them??
Our
power
in
the
kitchen
has
gone
off
multiple
times
and
the
first
time
we
reached
out
to
the
leasing
office,
they
said
someone
would
come
and
NOBODY
came.
If
it
wasn't
for
me
using
the
electric
breaker,
we
would've
never
had
our
electric
stove
turn
on.
Today
our
kitchen
power
went
off
again
and
I
called
and
they
said
someone
would
come.
We
waited
for
a
while
until
I
decided
to
leave
a
voice
message
for
the
emergency
line
because
how
were
we
supposed
to
make
food
tonight
if
our
microwave
wasn't
working?
Finally
someone
did
come
and
they
said
it
was
our
microwave
that
does
not
work
and
that
we
would
need
a
new
one.
So
now
we
don't
have
a
working
microwave
and
I
understand
that
there
is
no
way
for
the
complex
to
get
a
microwave
asap.
We
received
several
letters
informing
us
of
an
upcoming
rent
increase,
and
were
advised
to
provide
a
written
notice
if
we
did
not
intend
to
renew
our
lease.
I
duly
submitted
the
letter
to
the
leasing
office.
However,
I
was
surprised
to
receive
a
voicemail
message
from
them
two
days
later,
offering
us
the
option
to
renew
our
lease
for
another
year
at
the
current
price,
without
a
formal
letter
or
email.
I
found
this
unprofessional
and
was
not
willing
to
trust
such
an
informal
agreement.
At
this
point,
I
had
little
interest
in
continuing
to
reside
in
this
complex.
Noise
disturbances
from
the
residents
upstairs
proved
to
be
stressful,
to
which
we
had
initially
reported
to
the
leasing
office
with
no
official
response.
Furthermore,
the
smell
of
marijuana
from
the
same
resident,
which
persisted
due
to
closed
windows,
caused
discomfort
for
our
sensitive
pets,
leading
us
to
address
the
issue
ourselves,
in
which
the
upstairs
neighbor
repeats
quite
often.
In
addition,
the
couple
across
from
us
kept
leaving
their
trash
outside.
The
disregard
for
rules
and
policies
led
to
a
roach
infestation
throughout
the
hallways,
demanding
necessary
pest
control
to
come
and
spray
the
entire
hallway.
It
is
evident
that
the
person
in
charge
lacks
the
necessary
skills
to
manage
the
facility
effectively,
causing
significant
inconvenience
to
tenants
who
have
paid
for
the
price
you
are
paying.
The
lack
of
reinforcement
of
policies
by
management
such
as
sending
out
email/
letter
reminders
on
trash
and
the
need
to
call
out
tenants
gives
cause
for
concern.
We
regret
having
to
write
this
review,
but
we
are
compelled
to
express
our
lack
of
insatisfaction,
despite
our
initial
hope
for
a
better
experience.
Despite
the
office's
responsibility
for
maintenance,
the
fact
remains
that
no
tenant
should
have
to
feel
uncertain
about
whether
someone
will
address
their
concerns
adequately.
Management
is
critical
to
the
success
of
an
apartment
complex,
and
the
negative
reviews
all
seem
to
point
to
a
lack
of
competence
from
the
management
team.
Actual
successful
complexes
maintain
clear
and
consistently
enforced
policies
and
foster
open
communication
through
regular
email
and
letter
updates.
However,
this
complex
seems
only
concerned
with
issuing
reminders
for
apartment
rent,
even
if
the
tenant
is
only
a
day
late.
It
appears
that
monetary
gain
is
the
management's
sole
priority.
Edit
10/13:
I
saw
the
reply
and
yes
I
lived
here,
I
will
not
provide
my
name
for
you
to
locate
in
your
system
because
I
already
moved
out
and
will
not
be
renewing
the
lease.
I
still
stand
by
what
I
said,
unfortunately
I
really
wanted
to
love
this
place
but
you
don’t
get
what
you
pay
for
here.
Thank
you.
