Decent apartments if you love having mold on all your belongings, holes in your ceiling, a flooding dishwasher, broken air conditioning, and a lackluster staff that doesn’t help unless you basically get on your hands and knees to beg. My apartment was 85 degrees and it took over 2 weeks to get a portable unit put in. Not to mention maintenance came 2 days later at 8:30pm asking to take it back for another “emergency” while our ac was still broken. They didn’t fix ANY of our issues by the time we moved out. Oh, my car also got broken into while parked right next to the leasing office. The cop told me it wasn’t uncommon in the neighborhood when I filed a report. Just another wonderful part of living here! I’ve never had so many problems with an apartment complex before. NOT WORTH IT for how much we were paying to be there.

I just applied for this community. This is my first leasing experience. Application process is smooth and lady in leasing office is responsive. Good vibes. I am excited to become part of this community soon. Visited twice, the community looks maintained properly. Thanks for all the efforts goes in the background. ……… Now more than a month here. I am happy that i moved here. Really enjoying the place. Technology which is offered is making life easier. Nice patio. Very clean, calm, peaceful and relaxing place. All the basic needs such as groceries, restaurants, medical etc are just outside the community.

Jaime, our landlord, of St. James fame, Guides our ship with a firm and friendly aim, Jennifer and Theresa, cool as a breeze, Under her wing, they navigate with ease. A tow truck stands tall, a noble protector, Our knight in tow armor, a skilled deflector, Swiftly whisking away cars that transgress, A guardian presence, no mess, no stress.

I like living here except the AC unit makes a lot of noise and vibrates on my wall. I can't sleep. I was advised to buy acoustic noise panels I did. It does not help. I'm losing hearing in my left ear always has headaches and anxiety through the roof. This is not healthy for anyone and in trying to see exactly what I can do next it's quieter outside than my house. I hate coming home to noise and this is were I should be able to relax but I can't I'm so tense and hurt everyday no sleep. I'm not happy and they don't seem to care. I can't be here a year like this. I will end up in the hospital I know this is not good for anyone.

From the moment I went online and filled out the application for my wife and I, the office staff was very responsive and helpful. Teresa went out of her way to answer all the questions I had. It was a quick and easy process for us, thanks to the ladies in the office. We brought our dog for a meet and greet and they were all so friendly, and our dog liked them (always a plus). All 3 of them definitely made us feel right at home. We have now been here 2 months and so far we love it. The location of the complex is great. The maintenance team is very fast and professional with any issue we have. Everytime I message the office I get a timely response. The property is well maintained and well lit at night, the pool area is gorgeous, the picnic area is very nice and the little fenced in dog play area is awesome. The gym has all updated equipment and it is pretty much brand new.

My boyfriend and myself needed to relocate to Tampa coming from Pa, It was a spur of the moment move and were pressed for time, I came down here first and started looking, after visiting several properties and filling out several applications and paying the fees, I was becoming overwhelmed, I walked into St James Crossing and was immediately warmley greeted by Jen, I told her what we were looking for and if they had availability, she took a look for me and we toured the properties available. The community was very well kept, loved the pool, and the amenities, the apartment we did move into was just what we were looking for. I highly recommend if you are looking to move that you stop into the office of St James Crossing and inquire. Jen and the two other women in the office, Jamie and Teresa had made this such a wonderful and calming experience, we love our new apartment and owe it all to Jen whom was very professional, determined to make it work for us, it was a pleasure to have worked with Jen, she definitely was our lifesaver.

Such a friendly and beautiful place. I love that the complex is in the middle everything! The leasing manager is super nice. You can tell that they really care and help out as much as possible. They answered all of our questions to help us understand the process. Love this place!
