I just finished my lease and cannot stress enough DO NOT RENT HERE!! Horrible customer service, prices, appliances, and so so much more. I paid almost 2k a month which does NOT reflect the quality of this in the least. Everything broke in the apartment at least once. The water heater, A/C, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer all did not work at one point. The only people that make the apartment complex semi worth it is the maintenance guys, they are very respectful and get the job done quick.The other workers that did the construction on the other hand were leaving loose screws and bolts and it popped my tire as well as other debris like chicken bones and other food scraps. The office never answers phone calls or calls back when you leave voicemails and has very poor attitude except the lady in the front office . The laundromat machines require you to dry your clothes two or three times to get them actually dry. The people in the community have loud dogs that bark all day and all night and theres dog poop everywhere. The trash collection comes maybe 3 times a week when they should be coming 6 times a week and you are required to pay for it. The wifi is $100 and hardly ever works and is extremely difficult to connect to TV’s and other smart devices. My car got broken into and things were stolen out of it. The brand new fire place at the pool doesn’t work. There are time restrictions for when you are allowed to be at the pool. Any issue you could think of this place has got it. If I could give this place zero stars I most certainly would.

Gym is awesome, the staff is awesome and maintenance requests get filled very quickly. However if you are thinking you are saving money with the 2 in 1 washer dryer think again, it doesn’t work . Also the walls and floors are VERY thin especially if you’re on the second floor you have to tip toe around god forbid you drop something, your downstairs neighbor will be yelling at you🙂. The space is cute but with all the troubles we have been through it’s not worth how high the rent is.

I have been living at Avion at Carrollwood for 5 years now. The neighbors are friendly, the leasing office employees are friendly, and the upper management are nice. The apartment I live in is the 550 square feet with a porch, walk in closet, carpet in bedroom, pergo floors, with white cabinets, and black appliances. The Maintenace Staff at this community are amazing. They always pick up their phone when there is an emergency maintenance problem. They fixed my cabinet, air conditioner, bath tub, and the bathroom ceiling. The Leasing Staff are very friendly, always picks up the phone, and always helps me related to renewal, app issues, and maintenance requests. They also always give time to residents with any questions, comments, or concerns. The Upper Management overall, never met, but seem to help to keep their long term customers satisfied and I hope they continue with this. The laundry room, package machine, pool, and mail boxes are at the front of the community. Unfortunately, I live at the back off Hudson Ln and I have to drive to the front of the community to go to my amenities and usually don't have time to get there. The gym is new and nice, the pool is nice, but not shaded, and the laundry room is hot, always dirty, and not enough machines, and the delivery people usually leave my packages at my door. I have to pay to use 4 washers and 4 dryers definitely is not enough for a community with 21 buildings. I suggested them to build a new laundry room in the back. Another problem is the parking. The back area during the peak season of renting gets packed with people from out of the state of Florida. I suggested to evaluate the parking situation and to potentionally make more spots. Instead, they want the community to pay extra for reserved and sometimes are empty when people like me need a spot. Overall, I still like this community, it just needs a better location for amenities and to continue caring for their long term customers.

I moved to Avion apartments in march 2023. I’ve owned 3 homes and lived in so many apartments I can’t remember how many. Avion is a phenomenal community!!! So clean and beautiful. The staff are amazing. Polite and professional. Maintenance does an incredible job if you need them. Avion is the best apartment I have ever rented from in over 40 years. I will be signing a new lease next march. Unless I find a new home. I can stay here forever though if I don’t find my dream home.

Been living here for almost a year, nice neighborhood, nice neighbors but the walls are so thin, we hear everything above us and even around us, and it’s not even anyone being loud. It’s just thin, besides that everything has been good, maintenance is great, very responsive very professional and respectful, Aaron is great, the office has always been nice to us, we love Chella she is so sweet!

I just recently moved to Avion and I couldn’t be happier! The location is great, staff is warm and welcoming, area is quiet, and valet trash is incredibly convenient. The amenities are beautiful and always super clean which is a big plus! Glad to be a resident here.

Jennifer and Chela are amazing! They went out of their way and made sure my boyfriend could move into his apartment as quickly as possible. Such kind women who definitely are amazing at their jobs!

The complex is nice and clean. Very safe. I've been here for 11 years and the staff is very quick in responses and helpful. The maintenance do great work as well.
