I'm not sure why this location is getting such bad reviews unless these reviews are regarding the previous store at used to be which I believe was a marathon and it was horrible. But after the remodeling and reopening as 7-Eleven I have visited a few times and I have no complaints so far very clean store with a lot of great selection that I don't normally find at similar stores. They have a really cool gift I'll with items I've never seen anywhere. But what prompted this review was specifically their amazing selection of beef jerky.

After reading the review left by Glen, I am compelled to share my experience at this 7 eleven location. A couple months ago, my fiance went into the store to purchase a few black and milds. When she came back, she didn't have the change that i expected her to have. I went to the counter with the black and milds she had purchased to ask the attendant how much they cost. At the time I didn't realize the attendant was the store manager. He scanned the black and mild and told me one costs $1.79. I asked him why, considering I can buy the same black and mild down the street for $0.79. His response was very rude and demeaning, saying "where do you see it says $0.79", knowing that other black and milds have the price on the package. When I told him i didn't want them, he told me i could not return tobacco and to never come back. I have not been back since, which is very inconvenient considering it is my local convenient store. I refuse to spend my money here, and if I were you, I would steer clear of this store

Was looking for a place to get food and a drink, thought "1.5 stars? How bad could it be?" Well the cashier was on his phone for a few minutes despite me waiting on the other side of the counter for food, and when he did eventually ask me what I wanted said that he was unable to put more food on the rollers even if I wanted to wait. Then I decided I'd just get a fountain drink and get food somewhere else...however their fountain machine was dispensing all bubbles. Of course they don't maintain their machines! All in all I'm not even that upset (well, maybe a bit considering I took the time for a review!) But there's no reason to go to this 711 with so many other options Ended up buying the bubbles and going across the street to the other 711

Not good, I have been going to this 711 for quite awhile as a regular customer. All the employees are quite pleasant. The manager a bit rigid as most are but today was a completely different story. I road my bike to the store to get a pack of cigarettes, walked up to the counter and was told promptly by the manager that I was not allowed back into the store and that I was issued a trespassing warrant on this previous Thursday night at 11pm. Looking at the manager with a look of total confusion. He started to question me who i was, asking me for an ID, questioning me where I was Thursday night. All this done in front of customers publicly humiliating me. After witch I called the Hillsborough County Sherifs Department. Giving them all my info they researched this incident that occurred at the 711 this previous Thursday and they came to the same conclusion as me. The manager was very mistaken in my identity. I Sherifs Department asked me to explain this to the manager and asked the manager to call them. I tried to explain this to the manager and he wanted nothing to do with this. I asked for his name and store number so I could voice my concerns to 711 corporate witch he gave me and promptly told me to never come back again. I contacted the corporate office and they were very little help and told me there was no 711 at that location yet. Getting a little bothered, I asked for a supervisor. I was told they would call me back. This still has not happened. This matter will be pursued. My recommendation is unless Public Defamation of your character is something you enjoy I would strongly recommend dealing with other chain stores. If a manager handles situations like this on a regular basis, this comes from the top down which is also proven by the lack of corporate interest in costumer service.

I was told my wings were fresh when I asked for fresh one the older man said he just made them. I went to my car and bight them and i though I accidentally bit a rock I asked for fresh wings or refund I was told he can’t do either and come back in the morning very distasteful. And he works extremely slow I asked his name but I doubt it was his real name I just know he was older with glasses

Bought two slices of pizza and the screen asked if I wanted to use five points to pay for one of the $1 slices of pizza. I selected yes and paid. I had 2340 points when I started. Came in couple days later and bought two more slices of pizza. Noticed I only had 337 points left. Went online and was told they used 2000 points on my $1 slice of pizza. I NEVER would have yes to 2000 points for a $1 pizza. They stole my points. I am done with 7-11. I will never set foot in one again.

Was charged twice for same purchase. Bank confirmed and Vinny manager refused to help. Had to cancel my card and go through that process. Lived in that area for many years with countless transactions at that store. No wonder they have a 2 star. Never again will I go.
