Not
good,
I
have
been
going
to
this
711
for
quite
awhile
as
a
regular
customer.
All
the
employees
are
quite
pleasant.
The
manager
a
bit
rigid
as
most
are
but
today
was
a
completely
different
story.
I
road
my
bike
to
the
store
to
get
a
pack
of
cigarettes,
walked
up
to
the
counter
and
was
told
promptly
by
the
manager
that
I
was
not
allowed
back
into
the
store
and
that
I
was
issued
a
trespassing
warrant
on
this
previous
Thursday
night
at
11pm.
Looking
at
the
manager
with
a
look
of
total
confusion.
He
started
to
question
me
who
i
was,
asking
me
for
an
ID,
questioning
me
where
I
was
Thursday
night.
All
this
done
in
front
of
customers
publicly
humiliating
me.
After
witch
I
called
the
Hillsborough
County
Sherifs
Department.
Giving
them
all
my
info
they
researched
this
incident
that
occurred
at
the
711
this
previous
Thursday
and
they
came
to
the
same
conclusion
as
me.
The
manager
was
very
mistaken
in
my
identity.
I
Sherifs
Department
asked
me
to
explain
this
to
the
manager
and
asked
the
manager
to
call
them.
I
tried
to
explain
this
to
the
manager
and
he
wanted
nothing
to
do
with
this.
I
asked
for
his
name
and
store
number
so
I
could
voice
my
concerns
to
711
corporate
witch
he
gave
me
and
promptly
told
me
to
never
come
back
again.
I
contacted
the
corporate
office
and
they
were
very
little
help
and
told
me
there
was
no
711
at
that
location
yet.
Getting
a
little
bothered,
I
asked
for
a
supervisor.
I
was
told
they
would
call
me
back.
This
still
has
not
happened.
This
matter
will
be
pursued.
My
recommendation
is
unless
Public
Defamation
of
your
character
is
something
you
enjoy
I
would
strongly
recommend
dealing
with
other
chain
stores.
If
a
manager
handles
situations
like
this
on
a
regular
basis,
this
comes
from
the
top
down
which
is
also
proven
by
the
lack
of
corporate
interest
in
costumer
service.
